This quote does claim that liberalism is exterminating "decent and intelligent" people, but it also claims that it is being done unintentionally. Even accepting that liberalism is murdering all the decent people via stopping them from getting laid, how can someone who is not deliberately killing anyone be considered personally more "evil" and "monstrous" than, say, Hitler or Leopold II, who did it deliberately?
P.S.- I am not, personally, a liberal.

I can understand your reasoning but in terms of body count and damage my point (in the case somebody agrees with it, of course) still stands, right? Also, your point would be sounder if liberals were, as a group, otherwise nice and want everybody to just take part in their rosy utopia. Sure, there are some liberals who are like that but most are obnoxious shits who purposely harm people in various ways. Most of the abuse me and other incels are getting is from liberals.

My point is that the quote you linked claims that liberals are not deliberately murdering people. If one accepts that, I don't see how one can consider them monstrous or evil.

Unless he means neoliberal economic policies (which is actually an arguably destructive right wing ideology in global/non-social terms).
