As I’ve said, nothing any of you have said has made me upset at all. It makes me feel better and has greatly improved my spirit during the pandemic. Another positive thing is it motivated my ex spouse to try and communicate with me. That’s a good first step for the future coparenting therapy.

Gabriel Jeremy Sickel is 100% a pedophile and anyone who says otherwise is a fucking retard.
During the time of April of 2014, when Gabe was 27 - going onto 28, he was in contact with a then-17yo female over Facebook who was a previous victim of CSA. This explains why it's so easy for him to dismiss anyone who's been through such trauma (aside from the fact he's a legitimate psychopath). During this time he:
  • was in physical contact with the girl (cuddling)
  • consumed drugs with her
  • ATTEMPTED TO HE DEFINITELY SHOWED HIS PENIS TO HER
It's currently unclear if he did in fact show her his penis but I genuinely don't care. The fact that he wanted to show her is enough for him to earn the title. I have the html file but don't want to release it just yet in case there is illegal content in it.

I want to clarify, as I'm reading the logs along with @Catch Your Breath; Gabe having sexual interactions with a 17-year-old is not expressly illegal in the state that this took place. However, there are records suggesting that Gabriel did share nudes with this individual, and pornographic photographs and videos sent by or to someone under the age of 18 may be considered an act of indecency due to federal law regardless of the AOC in specific states. Someone may need to rules-lawyer about that though.

I'm not a lawyer or if I am I'll deny it in court, but transmission of pornography involving someone under the age of majority, being 18 in the USA, constitutes a crime. While the age of consent may not be 18 where the interactions took place, the fact that he took advantage of someone who was victimized and abused previously and used that to convince her to look at his dick is frankly disgusting, regardless of her age. Her also being legally a minor, and him transmitting and receiving images of that minor in sexually compromising ways definitely makes this suspect at best and likely worth a police report.

Or something along those lines. Any real lawyers are free to correct me, that's just my understanding based on a few past spergouts where I looked up those laws.

The primary problem is that the images in the chat are broken. So there is a lot of talk about Gabe and this individual sending pornographic images, but whether or not they're actually photos or just furry art porn is up for debate.

I think there's where handing it off to the police and letting them subpeona facebook, if they bother to give a shit, would be in order. Unfortunately that may also require the person Gabe was interacting with to come forward and present herself as a victim which, given her past abuse at the hands of other men, I'm not so sure she'd want to relive. I imagine it would come with a lot of bad memories and anxiety, even when being done for a good cause.

This chat has been passed to the police before, who cited the lack of images as the reason why they couldn't press charges. Part of the reason why it's getting posted now is explicitly because the police effort led nowhere.

Edit: Adding to this; the other party is reluctant to get police involved and was not the individual who went to the cops with these logs in the first place, further adding to the reason police wouldn't persue it.
