Phil is such a fucking idiot. I understand he probably shouldn't comment on the bankruptcy because he'd fuck up somehow, but this is a way for him to get his name out there and try to clear things up to a person who is about as objective as they will come. He's a fucking lawyer. Worse case scenario, he gets laughed at a little and Nick gives him some solid advice in the process.

Even if Nick approached Phil before anyone else, he never would have appeared on his stream. The questions wouldn't be pre-approved and he wouldn't get paid.

Eh, I like Nick's streams, but he's anything but objective. He may be when it comes to law explanations, but he obviously caters his content towards his autistic fan bases.

LMAO he thinks rackets is pretending to be a lawyer and mad about him covering his filings on his youtube show. Ironically he is admitting he has been seeing rackets videos about his bankruptcy filing as well. He probably has been youtube searching them hahahaha.

I think he'd have the tact to not shit on Phil while he is on stream, if for nothing else, to keep him on the entire stream.

I'm thankful this happened. It was awesome what you guys did and provided me with much entertainment. great crossover.

One thing though... Whoever had the mic that kept going in and out? Fuck you with a cactus. That was extremely aggravating even if I'm sure it wasn't your fault.

When Rackets started covering Phil, Rackets was pretty quick to give Phil the benefit of the doubt in a lot of things. As the saga goes on and Rackets learns more about Phil, however, it's pretty clear that Rackets personally thinks Phil is a clown. As detractorzer0 said, his professionalism would allow him to maintain a lack of personal bias in pursuit of the facts. His personal opinion wouldn't stop Rackets from trying to handle Phil with kid gloves to get a decent stream out of him and to learn more about the situation straight from the source.

To me it seems when the follow up with "Content Creator" (proper noun) he is trying to use that as a pejorative even though that's what he himself identifies as. I wonder if he is aware of what he is implying and how that relates to himself.

Sounds like he read that topic on his forum where his head simp Moira wrote a literal novella of nothing claiming that Nick wasn't a legit lawyer. If anyone cam find that thread maybe send it to Racket cause I've been searching but my boomer ass had no luck.
