The concept of dating doesn't really exist today nor did it exist in any sane society. Basically, dating happens during in the interval between a sane society with no dating (where marriages are arranged) and a destroyed society with no dating (one we have now, where women are just holes and don't want to date). So, basically, date is like something between getting an inoperable cancer and dying from it.

That's cause you don't know history. Dating started during the first part of the 20th century when women started going to universities, which in itself was a disastrous thing.

How come the dates I've been on went well in the sane society I live in? Also, you might have a point on arranged marriages and their potential benefits, but that's just more or less you not adapting to the present.
And I'm not sure widespread date rape calls for sanity.
