Maybe. I’m suspicious of the choices, angles, and hand placement. Kind of like when you see a video of a guy with a “15 inch dick” and he keeps a death grip around the base or keeps the base out of frame. There could be 15 inch dicks I guess, but I bet the owner, should he decide to show it on the internet, won’t be doing anything to obscure the view. I feel that way about this guy. As you said, they're fetishes. If you're fetishizing being female as so many of those people are, why wouldn't you fetishize two things women are infamous for doing that males aren't? That is, getting pregnant and being raped?

Who cares one is an incredibly stressful biological process with long-term consequences (hi, did you know children have to be raised?), and the other is mentally scarring traumatic event that can destroy the victim's self-esteem for years or even decades? It's so. fucking. hot.
