@TamarYaelBatYah Do you drink coffee?
Only Cappuccinos ...when I can find the time to make one
@TamarYaelBatYah what do you think of people trying to repeal the 19th amendment
I believe in gender equality so I fully believe that women should have the right to vote
I'm also happy to hear that the ground work that led to the 19th Amendment is now being taken up again. On January 15 of this year Virginia passed the Equal Rights Amendment. It almost has enough states joined in to become an addition to the Constitution
The Equal Rights Amendment is a constitutional amendment that will guarantee legal gender equality for women and men. This website is dedicated to educating and inspiring citizens to ratify the ERA, which was written by equal rights activist Alice Paul in 1923.

@TamarYaelBatYah so what cruel and unusual punishment was Marshall experiencing? Courts take that pretty seriously.
He was probably told to only satisfy three black men at a time instead of the dozen or more he usually does.
I have to ask Marshall if he is okay with disclosing any details about this. But I can say with certainty that it was not sexual abuse by other prisoners. I'm not kidding when I told you that Marshall's fighting technique is so advanced that he can take out other men with very little difficulty, even ones bigger and stronger than him. He's a gifted fighter.
Most people would be horrified and surprised to find themselves the target of even one CPS complaint, much less multiple complaints and multiple investigations. Embarrassed, too. For Melinda? It's just another day. It's just an ongoing part of her life. Why wouldn't it be? CPS was intimately involved in her parents' life, after all. CPS being intimately involved in her life isn't the least bit surprising. This is a second-generation (at least) abusive environment. Melinda has never had a normal family life and has no idea what one looks like.
Marshall's "cruel and unusual" punishment was probably sitting in jail because he couldn't raise his bail. Courts don't consider that cruel or unusual, Melinda. It happens to lots of trashy people every day. You understand the 8th Amendment about as well as you understand causes of action in lawsuits. That is to say, not at all.
Most people have been investigated by CPS
I know what healthy relationships should look like in a family context.
Your lack of education is showing again. You are doing something called STEREOTYPING.
Nature v Nurture. Even if someone was raised in a healthy home environment, they can still turn out to be a shitty person because of their nature. The inverse is true. Someone can be raised in a horrible home environment and still turn out to be a great person because of their nature. People have the ability to envision and create dreams, imaginations and ideas. That extends to how they want their relationships to be.
Your stupidity has been debunked. Get some education, you would be a better person if you did.
If his 8A rights were being violated he could sue and probably get the case dropped. Proof his 8A rights were violated.
If his 8th amendment rights were being violated he can complain to judges all he wants. Doesn't mean they would listen
There are many scholars who have written about the abuse of prisoners in the US
Yes, I write sloppy when I write by hand and my hair is sloppy most days. Brushing your hair is a waste of time most of the time. And I have to much to do in one day to worry about writing neatly. Writing neatly is a waste of time.
So the "verbal abuse" here doesn't bother you...
Yet you keep going on and on about how this site and its users are verbally abusive?
Sounds like you're bothered mate
Define "bothered"
There's exactly one person throwing tantrums here, and it ain't me, sister.
Why do you call me "sister"?
Most people have never been investigated by CPS, most people have never plead guilty to domestic violence, been charged with child endangerment, OR been evicted.
You're trying to make value judgments about people's morality and worthiness here with a "most people" argument. It's a logical fallacy and it's pathetic. Not only is it pathetic, it's incorrect.
Most people actually have been investigated by CPS
49 million parents being investigated according to the latest 2019 U.S. Census Bureau findings.

And it really doesn't matter if someone has plead guilty to domestic violence or child endangerment or been evicted. It matters whether or not they follow The Torah. Elohim doesn't care what you are charged with in this world, He cares about His Torah. That is what counts of the Day of Judgment
Many righteous people are mistreated by courts and wander around the earth without a house:
"They were stoned, sawed in two, murdered by the sword; they went about clothed in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted, mistreated, wandering about in deserts and mountains, living in caves and holes in the ground! The world was not worthy of them!" (Hebrews 11:37)
