I respect your wish not to continue with the debate, but it is my observation that the problem among sluthaters is far more involved than what you posed.
Even if someone considers casual sex to be very important, being denied casual sex still isn't likely to severely threaten his self-worth, or provoke the kind of existential crises we see so often among sluthaters. Sex is just a part of life, not life itself. Think of a film buff who realizes that he won't be able to go to the movies again for some time. Well it sucks, but the film buff is unlikely to consider his whole life worthless, to deride watching TV as "coping", or to doubt his own humanity.
So I think there is a deeper issue at hand, which has been discussed by other people in this forum. The problem of sluthaters is that they build their self-worth solely through the approval of desirable women, and, perhaps more importantly, other men. This is very unhealthy, because you put your self-worth at the mercy of someone else.

Yeah, if people want to advertise, via appearance and demeanor, that they are specifically interested in casual sex with like-minded individuals, that's fine, as far as it goes. It doesn't seem like that's the main issue most people have with the sluthate crowd.
If these guys are pursuing no-strings encounters via high-decibel environments that preclude substantive conversation, then all their crackpot social theory is rather beside the point. Seeking out short-term partners who don't care to get to know them better means the ladies are unlikely to get spooked by their batshit ideology or homosocial cult jargon. Because their target demographic doesn't care about their thoughts, ideas or motivations, these guys seem to end up overvaluing their weird theories when basic good advice could've gotten them just as far.
With that in mind, why do these guys insist on painting themselves into a corner with this slavish loyalty to lunatic social theories that leave them unprepared for relating to potential partners on any level besides the extremely superficial or deeply insane? Also, why do they congregate on a site that's lousy with pedophiles and literal children?
These are the questions to which nobody from the sluthut has provided satisfying answers. And after 600 pages of incredibly low-value shitposts, I'm not exactly holding my breath.
