This doesn't make any sense. Rape has historically been seen as a heinous crime in most societies going back thousands of years. They didn't just decide to make rape illegal in the 20th century. Where did you say you got your alleged history degree again?

Holden's too stupid to get a degree in anything. In fact, he did literally no research when he made this lie about having a history degree. Said he got it from a college that doesn't even provide degrees in history. I believe @CatParty found that one out.

As it stands. Literally 99% of the statements of "fact" that Holden has provided us with about history have been wrong. I would provide examples but there are so many... and trying to find the one statement of fact that he's been right about is like finding a needle in a haystack.

If I say that rape of all women was made illegal in the 20th century (which means even sluts) and she claims I said rape in general was made illegal in the 20th century that's a strawman. Rape of ladies (virgins and wives) was always illegal but a rape of sluts was a good, necessary, desired outcome.
