The thing is, he isn’t an artist in traditional sense. He’s a cartoon creator, and drawing is one of the skills he uses in his job, like directing, screenwriting, etc. People on this job have different skill requirements then usual artists whos main job is just drawing.

Yeah, she doesn't do anything noteworthy, so I gave up on checking her twatter long ago, since it's mostly Animal Crossing retweets non-stop.
