Many of those folks with botched surgeries and Stepford smiles can't imagine it either. That's why they complain about it and on the same breath say they're the happiest people ever. Because if they don't feed that delusion... well, the final outcomes will likely be either a huge amount of psychological and physical pain as they undergo a ton of reparative surgeries, or them on a metal table with a coroner taking notes on the cause of self-inflicted death.
The early transitioners are an interesting group, though. We'll know how it went for them by the time they reach 35 and their minds are fully mature. By then the media will have long since have had to move onwards from trans-positivity stories (there's only so far you can exploit a genre) and you'll see a couple over-emotional sting-pieces talking about how their lives were ruined by unscrupulous doctors and whatnot.
Assuming any of them are still alive by the time they'd hit 35, anyway.

What you're saying makes no sense. First of all, loads of people who are pro capitalist are in favour of transgenderism. Second, what does being trans have to do with your opinions on how money and the economy work? That's like saying I should stop thinking animal welfare is a good thing just because there are a lot of awful animal rights people. Right wingers don't care at all about women's rights either, and they also treat sick and disabled people like burdens, male or female. Capitalism is a bad thing at the end of the day. Being left wing or right wing doesn't mean being in a group. I happen to have overall very negative feelings about abortion personally, but in no way does that put me on the same page as anti abortion conservatives. I've noticed Meghan Murphy's and Magdalen Bern's names being mentioned here. Both are/were anti capitalist, and Murphy is openly a Marxist.

That's unfair, there are plenty of right-wingers who care about women. They just don't agree as to how. Conservatives tend to disagree with equality between the sexes, but that doesn't mean they hate women. Even nazis in the 30s had entire parades and days dedicated to the role of women in society. As mothers, as nurturers etc etc.
They just believe that they help women more than "equality" will. Let's not forget that the use of anti-depressants among women has gone through the roof since the 50s. Suicide too. Women are less happy and more depressed than ever, despite ever increasing equality and liberty.
