Especially on the second listen when you hear just how often she either intentionally or through a lack of language skills completely fails to get what he's putting down.

This man is a professional performer who has run in improv circles for over a decade and claims to be a specialist in game for his character. While the last part may very well be just a part of the Dick character, he should be a lot better at rolling with the audience by now. Consider that he had known this woman for some time and should know exactly which audience he is performing to. Consider also that he persists in putting out ideas and words that are just plain sailing past her. Seeing him fail this badly at reading the room in his claimed specialty is just great in the same way it's fun watching a terrible open mic comedian walk the room while wondering just how much worse the alleged jokes can get

His MATI series is my favorite stream by far and KF is great but the perception is that he's shielding Dick and in so much of life, perception is reality. He can rationalize it away however he likes but the average user, if they cared, would develop a perception of impropriety and no matter his intent, the effect is that Dick is protected. We knew this was a possibility from his interactions with CRP and it doesn't bother me because Josh has to eat and at the end of the day this is his website but yea....he'd definitely bend his rules for Dick.

2. The Onion Boy stream was a cringe fest, but listenable. Only because the conversation was so fucking bizarre it was like listening to a guy from another planet.

3. The Metokur and Dick debate stream was just..... Dick looked like an ass kissing simpleton.

The show went from informative and educational about the law using amusing internet lawsuit examples to a drunk screaming insults at fat chicks who aren't actually on air with him within a month or so after he struck weeb wars gold. The problem for Rackets is that there's just too few cases that most people in this sphere would find actually entertaining. Russell Greer was 'entertaining' insofar as it was absolutely ludicrous and batshit insane; the Maddox case was interesting because we watched an old internet icon slide into lolcowdom and irrelevancy. Vic is interesting to a niche portion because "muh ess jay dubyas" but more of people don't want to see a guy who seems legitimately kind-hearted fucked over by some dangerhairs and landwhales. Beyond that, the only cases that have potential were the Akilah v. Sargon case, so he's stuck doing libertarian shit.

Also reading legal documents is boring as shit, something even he admits. Hence why when he's doing things like this he likes insulting people like Jaime, Monica, Ron, Lemoine, Doucette, etc.

Jim's thread isn't so much of an exception to the rules as it is a rare entry in the "internet celebrities without being cows" space allowed in the board description. But fuck it, I really don't care where Dick's thread is, I really came here to reply to KoP and that bit just caught my eye. The essence of what @Goku 1000000 O said is true, nobody is willing to, or is actively engaged in, sucking Dick's dick to the extent that Ethan Ralph is. Null certainly isn't guilty of that.

I think it comes down to whether or not someone would actually make a proper Dick Masterson thread with a focus on him as a person, in contrast to his lawsuit and TDS threads. Exactly, what is special however is the over reaction like the flagging down of the medium article, the need to dog pile on a literal who and the whole "This is akshually what a chad does" defence. The reaction from the Gunt Guard is over the top for something that is a forgettable thing you get a slight chuckle out of once. I don't know if it is Dickheads, or Killstream viewers or what, but what appear to be Gay Ops in response to a failed Gay Op have happened since and really only signals to people wanting to get a response from that group is needle Dick enough on something slightly embarrassing to get a potentially hilarious over-reaction from all the hangers on.

Viva Frei is also at 200k subscribers compared to Nick at about 70k. That helps. In many other ways, too, Viva Frei gets support from other legal YouTubers who shout him out. Nick doesn't get that. It's also important to note that Viva Frei's main content is more video-based, meaning 10-30 minutes (at most) and Nick is a streamer, not a video maker. Couple that with most people paying attention to Nick because he focuses more on the internet shit, and it's easy to understand why he might not pull in as much as Viva Frei. I like both, personally, but I recognize the differences between them.

Not to say one if better than the other, but Viva Frei is doing that Philip DeFranco style of video with fast talking and even faster cuts. It runs through the technicalities of the law at high speed and gets to Viva's tl;dr opinion of it all very quickly. Racket's style of long live streams are of an entirely different nature - though he has started to upload shorter commentary videos recently.

Anyway sorry for derailing the thread.

To bring it back on topic, I haven't been keeping up with the Killstream myself, but from what I read here it seems that we are getting closer to another round of pill popping disaster streams soon.

Gator does pretty well when he's prepared. He was essentially thrown into a blind date and told to make it entertaining. obviously it wouldn't live up to the expectations Ethan came up with hyping the show and making it seem like Zidan would be back.

Ethan is much better at handling chaos, i'll give him that. He has that ringmaster quality none of the other co-hosts and hangers on have. He's sort of like Chuck Barris. He is perfect for the show he hosted. After the Boulderstream, the killlstream felt like the sort of place where Gene Gene the Dancing Machine or the unknown comic would call in along with that Aussie drunk, or the fudd j ew, or the italian news correspondent.

Gator is a lot more low key, its like comparing interviews on NPR to the Howard Stern Show. look at his interview with aydin paladin, Ethan would have ended up getting her to shove a pinecone up her ass on camera. Gator just went full virgin and just stood there while she went all hot mess on him.

Don't get me wrong, I agree do what you do to get laid, but also be willing to cop a little shit from other people when your stuff gets leaked. If my friends, or workmates, copped on to some of the stuff I've said in the past to women they'd get a few laughs, give me a bit of shit and move on with their lives.
