I miss his videos. Hopefully he'll start doing more soon. Shit he hasn't even streamed in over a month. I know he hasn't made any videos lately but I enjoy his streams a lot.

I think many people do miss the videos. I find it interesting that he has stopped streaming.
He said that his computer was dead, but considering the kind of stream he is doing: Mostly static pictures, occasional desktop capture and the seldom YouTube video he should be able to do them on a semi-old laptop. If he was streaming games or something like that sure, you need a stronger machine to do so, but that's not the case.

I think Jim is too internet savvy thus both has a a decent op sec and he is not really talking about his life much. So we may never know why he is (not) doing things.

Yeah he did rag on andy a bit then again what andy did was pretty insane and its all people were talking about at the time. The whole miami melt down and gunt saga people had to pull teeth to get jim to give his take on it and all jim mentioned was Ralph had an unflattering picture he really churched it up. For what ever reason there are some people jim will not attack like baked alaska until baked went libtard then it was open season, It's usually people that I think he shares ideological/political reasons with. I don't think it's for optics, I think he sticks with stuff that he personally finds funny and with JF, Warski's LOTR stream, etc., he probably just found it more sad than funny or didn't think he could make fun of it well. I'd guess youtube is almost certainly not his primary source of income.
He's mentioned several times that you can't rely on that, or expect it to be a viable "business" for more than 5 years.
On the other hand, I don't think his place of employment has ever been doxed, aside from likely false dox, like the architecture firm.

Some form of self-employment seems most likely.
Maybe he runs some online business that is completely unrelated to the Metokur stuff. Or translates cringy weeb shit for a living.

I was going to say maybe he works at home as a tech support person, but the argument against that is the fact that he sometimes fumbles with tech, and supposedly is experiencing issues with his computers at the moment. Hell, I'm not IT support person in any capacity, but any time one of my computers fucks up, I immediately rectify the situation in no later than a few days. However, if he works at home as a tech support person, about 90% of his clients over the phone would most likely be Boomers who struggle with connecting their USB mouse, so it's unlikely they'd recognize his voice.
