It actually looks like a pretty dangerous proposition to use basically resting on the goodwill built up by Dax for being a "free speech" guy and making it in the first place. Not having someone like Rekeita flesh these out is a huge liability to anyone using the service and maybe one for Dax as well.

I always saw it more like a convenient business move. Establishing a kind of symbiotic/parasitic relationship (hard to judge which) with the groups who could help flesh out and extend his Maddox saga, cozying up to the people who could keep up the pressure on his behalf and act as a channel for fresh viewers and new content.Yeah it's pretty interesting that Dick just happened to become friends with people who run Kiwifarms, Encyclopedia Dramatica, the KillStream, and Metokur, Wasn't the creator of 8chan on his show recently too? Maybe there was a part of him who figured that if he had everybody on his "side" against a more embarrassing target then it would make him immune to the kind of scrutiny that got applied to Maddox or Mundane Matt, but if it's true then that's probably not something he planned from the outset. That would come after seeing just how ravenous these circles can be, and that if they don't have a clear target then they start poking around for new ones.

Godwinson is English so I'll forgive him of not knowing what an IRS 1099 form is. The TL;DR is: if you send someone income, you need to file a 1099 and give them a company. This requires your SSN or an Employer Identification Number (EID). If you make an LLC (like, for instance, Lolcow LLC or Mad at the Internet, LLC) you can then apply for an IRS EID and use that and your virtual office on your 1099.
More over, this is processed by a third party disbursement service and is not kept by Dick.

This is how credit cards work. For fraud reasons, things like IP addresses, billing details, ccn and csc are sent to AuthorizeNet which then confirms with the payment network and submits the payment to the payment processor. This is also not kept on NP2. What is kept is your payment history and email address.
NP2 allows Dick to dox people
As an intermediary managing financial details of other people, Dick is liable under 12 U.S. Code § 3403 to keep financial records confidential.
NP2 allows Dick to extort people
Extortion is a criminal offense punishable by fine and up to 2 years prison under 18 U.S. Code § 875(d). The amount of money that Toad McKinley, a fully monetized YouTube and Patreon earner, would make doing an expose` on Dick extorting him would net him about a thousand times what he earns per month on NP2.
Dick has never talked to me about these DMs. Our last conversation was last Thursday about how hospitals were firing people because the hospitals are empty. All other conversations in April have been about payment processors for the merch run. I've only heard about this because people are very aggressively demanding I talk about it and condemn him.
I don't handle coercion well. It would hurt me financially to lose the NP2 money, but what gains a man who inherits the world but loses his soul? $1.9k is definitely not 'the world', either. I ran this site on $0/mo for 3 years, I ran myself into debt for it, I carefully managed my finances in a state of constant dread for a long time. To combat this, I had to diversify my income. I get money in a few different ways which can't be killed all at once. Losing NP2 would take a majority of that money, but not enough to warrant any desperate reaction. I could have deleted Vordrak's thread and saved myself 3 years of dealing with him, but I didn't. I went the anti-fragile route and fixed my situation instead.
I don't handle threats well. You don't get to come onto my site and yell at me and demand I do what you say. This thread will stay in Multimedia until people learn to respect that I, by myself, own this website and I, "at my sole discretion", can choose where threads go.
