A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

A man admitted to being high on methamphetamine last month when he contemplated killing his friend and ultimately decided to mutilate his mother’s cat, Ponyo, in Briargate, court documents show.

Cohen Heath, 18, faces a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals for allegedly stabbing the cat to death in a drainage ditch along Briargate Trail in September, an affidavit states.

According to the affidavit, Heath told a Colorado Springs police officer he put the cat in a backpack to muffle the sounds, and stabbed it with a paring knife six to seven times “until the cat was no longer screaming or moving.” He then pulled the cat out of the bag and cut off a front paw because “he wanted to make a necklace out of it.”


After returning to his mom’s house, he placed the paw in a glass jar with Drano, so that the fur and skin would disintegrate. He put portions of the cat’s face in a plastic bag.

The next day, he told his mom that Ponyo escaped through the front door and they both spent several hours looking for the cat. Heath told a detective he thought it was “kind of funny” watching his mom look for a cat that he knew was dead.


Two weeks later, Heath’s mother handed investigators a “paper gift bag” with what she believed contained her cat’s tail. She brought police up to her son’s bedroom and pointed to a satchel that contained a knife set. Inside, police found three knives with dried blood and fur on them, court papers say.

Heath told investigators he was hearing voices in his head that told him to strangle his friend who was sleeping in the room next to him, but decided “it would be much easier” to kill the cat, the affidavit states. He also admitted to being high on methamphetamine when he killed the cat.

El Paso County Animal Law Enforcement investigated.

Court records show that Heath’s mother filed a restraining order against Heath after her son admitted to killing her cat.

One of the suspects in the murder had been released on bond for aggravated cruelty to animals because he had homicidal urges and instead killed a cat. The bond was revoked February.

The other suspect, a 16-year-old juvenile, is the daughter of the victim, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KRDO.

CSPD issued a release Monday saying that officers were called to Fallgold Court for a welfare check on an adult woman, but she was found dead inside.


Homicide detectives began investigating and got evidence that led to the arrests of 19-year-old Cohen "Vinn" Heath and 16-year-old Emma Kenner.

The victim was identified as Bridget Kenner of Colorado Springs.


According to an arrest affidavit, Kenner was found dead after a coworker called police for a welfare check because she hadn't shown up for work. When officers arrived, they found her boyfriend banging on the door with no answer.

Officers found Kenner nude in the living room with multiple puncture wounds, and they also found a bloody knife in the kitchen along with bloody clothes in the laundry room in the basement.

Police learned from Kenner's boyfriend that she lived alone with her daughter, Emma.

Police later learned that Emma identifies as a male and calls himself Kenny. At the same time, Cohen identifies as a woman and calls herself Vinn. The two were romantically linked.

Police found Kenny and Vinn at a 7-Eleven about a mile away from the crime scene, and they were taken into custody for questioning.

During the questioning, Kenny had a guardian and biological parent in the room for an interview. When an officer left the room, a recording caught Kenny saying he knew that Bridget was the victim and that she had been stabbed to death, despite police not mentioning anything about a stabbing.

Police also noticed that Kenny had recent wounds that indicated self-harm.


Vinn was interviewed by police and said she was asleep in Kenny's room in the basement when she was woken up by Kenner screaming. Vinn told police that she could hear Kenner pleading with Kenny not to kill her, but Vinn hid in the basement instead of going upstairs.

Vinn told police that Kenner caught Kenny trying to cut himself, and that led to an argument, which escalated to the stabbing. Vinn told police he saw Kenner's body and that Kenny began wiping down doorknobs and counters but eventually gave up and covered Kenner with a blanket. Vinn helped Kenny leave because of someone at the front door, presumably Kenner's boyfriend.

Police learned that the pair planned on leaving town to possibly go to Texas.

The international clothing retailer Zara reached a $30,000 settlement with a nonbinary transgender customer who reported experiencing discrimination in its New York City stores on multiple occasions.

Medina, a 33-year-old writer and student who uses they/them pronouns and requested that their last name not be used to protect their privacy, said they were shopping in the men’s section of a Zara store in 2016 when they were stopped by an attendant while trying to use the fitting room. The employee told Medina that they would not be able to use the changing area that most closely corresponds with their gender identity because they are “not a guy,” Medina recalled.


According to Medina, that happened at least two more times over the coming months at different Zara stores. At first, Medina said they felt “angry,” but the repeated incidents began to trigger intense feelings of gender dysphoria and the sense of being “invalidated,” Medina said.

“It sucked because I was feeling good about myself in wearing clothes I really like,” Medina told NBC News. “And for someone to infringe on that private space that you're holding for yourself — I'm not trying to be hyperbolic — but it felt like my human rights were being taken away from me in that moment, and I had no control over that.”

Medina reached the settlement with Zara in March and has now decided to speak out publicly to raise awareness around the issue. Medina said they initially decided to pursue action against Zara after speaking with trans and nonbinary friends and co-workers who had faced similar issues at other retailers. Friends told Medina that being refused access to gender-segregated public space happens to trans and nonbinary people “all the time.”

A 2015 study from the National Center for Transgender Equality found that nearly 1 in 10 trans people had been prevented from using a public restroom or changing area that matched their gender identity in the previous year, and 12 percent had been verbally harassed while using gender-affirming facilities.

Medina said they couldn’t sit back and accept this.

“I was thinking about everyone else that could have happened to or is happening to,” they said. “I thought, ‘Maybe if I say something and something changes, it might not happen to a 14-year-old kid trying to try on clothes.’ I wanted there to be a resolution where they had to be held accountable for how they are treating people who may not present as they think.”

Medina filed a complaint with the NYC Commission on Human Rights in 2016, and the commission opened an investigation. Four years after the initial incident, the parties finally came to a resolution, and Zara agreed to pay Medina $30,000 in emotional distress damages and to institute restorative justice measures to help prevent future discrimination in its stores.

According to Demoya Gordon, the commission's supervising attorney who settled the case, those measures include training all 1,100 Zara employees in the New York area on the city’s nondiscrimination laws. She said the company will also “post notices in the store so that folks know they can use sex-separated facilities that most closely align with their gender identity,” and it is working with the New York LGBT Center to create “an employment opportunity program for trans, gender nonconforming and nonbinary people.”

“We strive not only to get justice for the individual who has been impacted, but we also look for ways to have a broader beneficial impact for the community as a whole,” Gordon said in an interview. “If you can't use the restroom in accordance with your gender identity, it really curtails your ability to move through society. This is really a matter of making sure that everybody in the city can move through day-to-day life with dignity and in a safe and healthy manner.”

In a statement, a spokesperson for Zara said the company is “pleased” that it was “able to collaborate with the Commission and find ways to improve the shopping experience for our customers in the transgender, nonbinary and gender nonconforming community.”

“The Commission’s recommendations are in line with measures that we have put in place over the last several years that address employee trainings, equal access in our stores, and employee opportunity programs, all of which focus on the LGBTQ community,” the representative said, adding that the company is “committed to continuously working to better meet the needs of our customers, employees, and the communities in which operate to ensure that all feel respected, welcomed, and included.”

According to the NYC Commission on Human Rights, the department has also recently worked with two fitness centers in New York to revise their policies to better accommodate trans and nonbinary people.

Medina said they are “overjoyed” at the outcome of their case, had FaceTimed with their mother and cried, not out of sadness but of joy.

“I’m a crier,” Medina explained. “I might cry right now.”

But as much as Medina is happy to have resolution, they hope the case sets a model for accountability that others can follow, whether they are corporate businesses or government municipalities. Currently, only 21 states have statewide laws explicitly prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in public accommodations, such as restrooms and fitting rooms, according to Movement Advancement Project, an LGBTQ policy think tank. The Equality Act, a federal civil rights law that would make what happened to Medina illegal in all 50 states, passed the U.S. House for the first time last year but has yet to receive a vote in the Senate.

“We can only do better than we did yesterday,” Medina said. “This feels like a step forward.”

Transgender prisoners have carried out seven sex attacks on women in jail, it can be revealed today.

Official figures show for the first time the true scale of offending by criminals who were born male but were allowed to move into female jails after changing gender.

Yet despite the risks, prison governors are still allowing trans inmates to move into the jails. Male-born trans prisoners were first allowed to request a transfer to women's jails in England and Wales in 2016.

Just a year later the risks of the policy were made clear when a convicted rapist was moved to women's jail HMP New Hall and sexually assaulted two women inmates.

Karen White dressed as a woman but was still legally a man and had not undergone surgery. She was jailed for life in 2018 by a judge who branded her a 'highly manipulative' predator.

Now the Ministry of Justice has admitted the case was not a one-off. In response to a Parliamentary question from former Labour Party General Secretary Baroness McDonagh, Ministers have revealed there have been several other sexual assaults by trans prisoners.

But incredibly, the initial response omitted the White case and was only corrected after The Mail on Sunday intervened.

The MoJ said: 'Since 2010, out of the 124 sexual assaults that occurred in the female estate a total of seven of those were sexual assaults against females in custody perpetrated by transgender individuals.'

It means that although trans women make up about one per cent of the 3,600 female jail population, they are to blame for 5.6 per cent of sexual assaults there. The attacks took place at HMP Low Newton, HMP Foston Hall, HMP Peterborough (Female) and HMP Bronzefield as well as HMP New Hall.

The MoJ said it did not know if the culprits had been punished, saying this information was 'not held centrally'. It also insisted there had been 'no reported incidents of any type of sexual assault against prison officers by trans prisoners', despite claims to the contrary.

As the MoS reported last month, former Prisons Minister Rory Stewart said in a recent interview there had been 'situations of male prisoners self-identifying as females then raping staff in prison'.

In the wake of the White case, a new policy was developed for considering transfer requests by trans prisoners, adding 'specific risk factors that must be considered where they might impact on other prisoners'.

Yet figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show increasing numbers of trans prisoners are being allowed to move to women's jails. In 2018, seven requests were made and fewer than five were granted. Yet last year 14 requests were made and, of those, seven were granted.

Last night Nicola Williams, director of campaign group Fair Play For Women, said: 'These new figures are another red flag warning us about something everyone knows: Allowing males into female prisons is dangerous for women.'

To be clear

Violent tranny whore Tara Hudson


was sent to women's prison after he smashed a gay man's face and then whined that he got locked up with men.

This took place in 2015. Also a couple of trannies killed themselves in men's prison, so it was decided that to stop this they should be allowed to rape women in prison if they could provide even thin evidence they were genuine trannies. Before that they were already allowed in women's prison, but the numbers were small because they had to have a tranny certificate (available since 2004/5) to prove themselves true trannies.

Nobody knows how many trannies were in prison in 2010, 2011, etc., because insane people think there's no difference between transwomen'and actual women. But when they started collective data in 2016 they found 70 trannies in 33 prisons, and in 2017 125. https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-7420/

But it doesn't say where said trannies were being kept, i.e. in mens prison or women's prison.

So there probably were a few trannies in prison in 2010-2015. Tranny rapist Karen White was imprisoned directly into women's prison in 2018, where he went to rape more women. After this in 2019 the tranny prison policy was changed a bit to make it not so rapist-friendly, but I can't be bothered to check the precise details on this.

Suffice to say you'd really want to see details on year.

That said, 7 offences isn't that many. I'd note that trannies with tranny loicences, such as https://kiwifarms.net/threads/antho...den-judicialcat-flyinglawyer73-srh2018.53253/ are generally considered in law, true and authentic women, and you aren't allowed to record them as trannies at all. So it might be that there are licensed trannies committing rapes who haven't been counted, and for tranny rapes up to 2016, it's possible that they are recorded as 'real women'. It's likely that tranny rapes have only been identified as such very recently.

With regards to the specific tranny rapists, Karen White was accused of 4 offences and convicted of 2. I'd imagine that this is counted in the official stats as 4 offences, so that leaves 3 more offences.

TBH I wouldn't trust the stats in any case to be accurate because governments of UK, New Zealand, Cancuckda, etc., would definitely cover this shit up to protect tranny rapists.

Edit: the article says

Karen White raped at New Hall, so that leaves 4 more prisons, yet he was accused of 4 offences, and 7 total by trannies, so something doesn't add up.

If I remember correctly, Zara's changing rooms have only curtains for privacy, not locking doors, so this woman is screwing over other women for her grift.

Also, there's no way she's making serious money as a "model" at 33, unless fashion is now so woke they'll let "non-binaries" keep working way after their sell-by date. The daughter of a friend of mine retired from modeling several years ago at 24.
