I doubt Kraut posted this cause OPs flag in the pic is American and I don't think Kraut would go to the effort of using a VPN on 4chan.

All of PPP's paranoia is founded on the basis that the archive channel operates like a machine, it literally has to be a bot in his head, this means the archive channel bot must be programmed in 2 specific ways:
  1. Protocol #1488: Archive program will restream all of ralph's content with live chat and keep the videos posted.
  2. Protocol #911: Archive program will selectively take down content at the request of the Gunt Administrator
His head works in a vacuum, so seeing how fullblast sometimes restreams with the chat disabled it is only natural that PPP can put his 2 and 2 together as he says it, It HAS TO BE at the request of Ralph because the guy who runs the archive channel is not a guy is a robot! Fullblast can't be self serving person, it's impossible PPP has done the calculations 2 and 2 have been put together! Never mind that archive channels are greedy leeches that will make everything possible to make their channels last as long as they possibly can, that's irrelevant because archive channels are mindless bots and this particular one has been programed to follow Ralph's orders.

I'm sure Ralph has no control whatsoever on the stream that's currently offering him a hugbox and primarily just restreams his content. No reason at all there used to be a ton of unofficial restreams in the run up to and during the pillstream.

You cannot use a commercial VPN service but you could setup a VPN of your own to do it. It is not exactly rocket appliances.
