My research into Mandy took an unexpected turn and has entered the realm of political intrigue. Mandy has alluded to knowing people in high places and I need your help with interpreting the following tweet about a dissertation that was used by the Obama administration to lift DADT and allow trannies to serve openly:
Any idea which "dissertation" this was? Hit me up in the DMs if you do.
Or perhaps you know how I would go about finding this out for myself? Do I have to dig up the letter from Obama where he told the Pentagon or the DoD "let the trannies in" and look at the notes of the letter to see if it's listed there as a reference? Mandy's presumably referring to something that was published during the aughts at the time of DADT, so something that was published over a decade ago by now. I am obviously not interested in the contents, I just want to know who the author is. I want to know if it's that same lawyer who was writing those letters on behalf of Obama telling schools to let the girldicks into the girls' showers.
Mandy has alluded to knowing people in high places in other tweets where he said he was worried about becoming part of a political scandal due to IRL blackmail with compromising images:

I don't wanna get conspiratorial but I have long suspected that part of the reason the political establishment is going along with all this delusional crap is due to TRAs having blackmail material on kinky politicians. Because there is no way a sane person would go along with this crap out of their own free will unless someone was holding the proverbial gun to their head. We already know that the TRAs are perfectly willing to destroy academics, researchers, artists, doctors, activists, journalists, etc that get in their way, that they even consider their enemies' children to be fair game, so why would they stop at politicians? I am picking up strong Ides of March vibes here.
I thought it was billionaire trannies bankrolling this shit. If the billionaire trannies have more money than the Satanic pedophile cabal we already know runs the world I'll be shocked. The plot twist won't be that big if they're just the same flavor as the Illuminati/Masons, however.
