I'll add that when I now look back on Cogsdev, it's crazy how much of a portent of trans politics to come he was. Back in 2010 and 2011 none of us knew social justice nonsense was coming, and I don't recall Cogs specifically identifying as trans then, all we knew was that they never talked vocally (only through text) and identified as a woman, but was eventually outed as male. But whenever pushed on an uncomfortable subject, "Cogs" would disappear and he would let us know that "Veds" was speaking to us now. "Veds" was his cartoonish evil alter ego, I don't remember if "Veds" was supposed to be some different snowflake gender but it was the type of batshit lunatic behavior that we now have come to associate commonly with crazies who work for Google and other hives of socially promoted mental illness.Cogsdev in general is a pretty low bar. He's a literal NEET who never leaves his house, and his greatest achievement in life is founding both a wiki to document the life of Chris-Chan (the CWCki) and a forum where people discussed everything that went on in the life of this manchild and how to successfully troll him. The forum was named the PVCC, or "Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens" after what Chris called his community college in his comic. As null would say in the thread about leaks from it, what happened on the PVCC forum was a model for what Null didn't want to do when running a forum. Eventually he got troll's remorse over Chris, wanted to shut down the CWCki, and banned everyone who he didn't want to talk to from the PVCC forum.
There are some posts by Null and Alec Benson Leary that summed up that situation pretty well and a whole PVCC forum leak with Cogsdev stories as well.
The tl;dr with Cogsdev is he's pretty infamous in the history of this site, and he's definitely infamous among oldfags and former Chris-Chan trolls. So why did I mention this? Because Carcin with his autism powers as he brags about is literally arguing with someone more autistic than he is, and who also knows more about what he's arguing about.

I'd ask why Carcin is just the most unlikable cunt on planet earth but narcissism is pretty apparent. People who work in Security for the government (at least in my experience) are either extremely modest and tend to lowball themselves or they act like him - vain, moral grandstanding jackasses who more often than not attempt to take the law into their own hands. While cognitive dissonance gets them dizzy, hit them with how few sex offenders get caught, and minimize underreporting with stories about peeing in public. Then do the coup de grace. This is bullshit, there are multiple ways to handle this, you can report from burner email, you can report users for being underage without bringing up content, you can just use the basic report function to get the image flagged as sensitive, then it will be up to Twitter staff to investigate content. Carcin just wants to hoard all the teen coochie pics and doesn't want his sources to get caught.
