I don't get why people always assume the position and almost instantly submit to Jim in these conversations. Jim generally let's people grill him hard and question him without blowing up. People always treat Jim like a fucking god who will bite your head off if you give him just a little bit of a hard time, and I don't get it.

I'm amazed Jim isn't sick of it either considering how much he loves verbal fencing.

He's good at basic argumentation and not getting caught up in fallacious shit, which is unheard of for 99% of these internet people so he comes across as untouchable in debate. He's also been consistent and relatively transparent about what he thinks so he keeps his nose clean and nobody can gain leverage over him with dirt or claims of hypocrisy

But more importantly he always controls the audience even when on other people's shows. I think they play cordial because Jim could get half their audiences to turn on them in one stream if he wanted
