I unironically ship them. Not for some sordid homosexuality but a good, Christian friendship. PPP, Surfer and Null could all drink 40s, eat pork chops, smoke pot and watch the X Files together. It wouldn't be healthy or cool and there'd be no e-fame, super berries or bikini models on piles of money but it'd be fun, pure and real.

@Null you were talking about how much money you get from NP2 and all that; would you say that you get more engagement from sites like that, or from crypto? If you get less from crypto, why do you think that is?

That seems like the most obvious answer, but I wanted to make sure. Accusations against Dick notwithstanding, there are certainly legitimate concerns or problems with NP2, that I think get ignored since they aren't as juicy, namely centralization, Dick's volatile personality / involvement within the community, etc. Not that he's holding anyone hostage, but he's certainly proven he has pressure points, and I'm certain Josh knows that there are always vindictive actors on the periphery looking to sow chaos. It might be worth considering how to future-proof revenue streams.

Is PPP a lamer IBS-character than Dick and gunt? When it comes to actually watching something where i am seeking for myself to be entertained I highly prefer PPP's insane preaching since it actually resembles entertainment with an audience in mind instead of a junkie half-assedly pretending to follow the news, forcing some laughs, and oversensationalizing very boring things. PPP acts animated, he has actually practiced using his voice, he does not try to "get through the hour" by finding any excuse for "a joke" he can, he is not nearly as afraid of conflict and public perception as the traumatized more seasoned ecelebs are and this frees up his energy to be a more colorful person.
Nothing about Ralph is entertaining at all except, and it is a profound exception, when he gets drunk, pilled out, jerks off to Sophie while not realizing the stream is still going, not giving a fuck about taking his dying mom to the doctor, screaming "ThEy sOoo mAaAd mEmpHiz TEeeehhhhn" not to mention the "EAT A FUCKING COCK aRARARGHA" clip which is *the* best single piece of audio from the entire IBS saga(off the top of my mind at least). Mundane Matt being mean and hypocritial towards muh Dame Pesos(what fucking moralfags everybody turned in the mundanematt saga, honestly) in using some youtube-mechanic, is boring in comparison(though the final confrontation was fun as was digging into mats life) to the mad, hopeless, genuinely dark, never-ending existential-crisis-mode that is the true case and life of Ethan Ralph.
His pathetic attempts to pretend that he "loves the hatred 'n shiet" and "he's having phuun" and pretends to handle all emotions like a chad sayin dat "it is wha' it is, mane, jus gotta move foRward" has an uncanny similarity to the type of shit you hear screwed up 16 year olds say when they fail out of school(take it from me, a retard who did that). Out of those screwed up 16 year olds 85% or so stop doing that shit at some point and are forced by material and/or emotional circumstance to take a hard look in the mirror and find new ways of being in the world. But that never happened to Ralph. Ralph has been the exact same dude since forever, only experiencing something worthy of being called a change in his personhood when he literally had to relocate his entire existence to fucking prison, and he was his old self 3 months after he got out.
Ralph is a paradox when it comes to being entertainment because he usually is the most boring predictable person, and its never worth it to watch even 3 seconds of his shit show, but every bluemoon he *SCHNAPS* and goes literally psychotic, carrying the burden of the IBS entertainment-factor all by his lonesome. Whenever he stays in "control" he is boring, reading about trump(as if anybody left or right, stalin or himmler, needs his take), but when he really looses his mind he shows a *turbulent* fit of anger, a despair, a madness, a part of the human condition so resentful, bitter, hopeless, yet stubborn, that all of the IBS psychopaths who try to come across as "really fuCkeD uP, brah" like donga, jf, and zoom(they all have that childish try-to-seem-evil LARP going) seem more like well-adjusted people with lives. One of the things which makes this very entertaining is how it always catches me off guard because he's always so hungover, benzoed up, and flat-toned so you don't expect him to just "EAT A FUCKING CIOGHOGHN". Andy was also caught off guard with this in Miami or wherever the fuck they were when he threw dat ice. I have to say that the gunt and the gunt-arch is literally some of the best sagas in IBS despite the long dry-spells of dull monotony between his sharp public abruptions into psychotic states of mind.
Dick is just really boring. I get the feeling that he is the comedian for guys that really wish they had more of the "typical guys hanging out doing very typical guy-shit and not even giving a fuck, broo"-experience, you know, "guys, with the beer and pro-tits and the stuff, know what I am saying, hahah, drugs lol, can't even be a dude these days, amirite, please subscribe". His number one fans can't possibly be people like him because the entire appeal of Dick is just to say the "she is a slut, I am an atheist, its actually good and cool to succumb to drugs" and so his fans must be the saddest gang of people, feeling some edginess and "rebellion" only vicariously, passively, by paying Dick. Dick is the most boring character of IBS, at best he's a cheerleader for alcoholics, at worst he is the friend people like gator always wanted, however, I do think the np2-site and the conflict around it is a valuable contribution of his to IBS, and it only grows in value if he really does play Machiavelli behind the scenes.

NewProject2 already got kicked off one bank because of Discover(which he doesn't use) so it's not as tough he'd like. The new guys he got are made of stronger stuff, or so he claims. As for youtube, it's mostly there for people to watch clips if they choose to and he fully expects to get banned off it, which is why he puts minimal effort into it. Most people got video links from the patron feed anyway
