oh god the corporate "team building activities". these are always done where I used to work as "ways to build. trust, unity and productivity", but everyone knew they were torture-by-cringe punishments for failing to meet goals.

if your job starts doing this shit and uses figures from HR to see who participates, quit.

There is absolutely no reason for Monica to have hidden her story from the very beginning. The "power" excuse should be invalid at this point.

And holy hell. If Ron lacks empathy for women even after abusing both his wives and going to therapy... we have a deeper problem here. Ron is definitely a sociopath and is the real danger to society here. I honestly can't believe Monica feels safe around him... She still has to teach him what kind of situations would make a woman fearful or uncomfortable. Yikes... Monica claims to have a history full of trauma, like being followed by men as a child and raped as a teen... not to mention all this supposed sexual harassment and abuse she is facing in her adult years. She has this history and never bothered to share it with Ron. Ron... the man who doesn't understand how woman can possibly feel in certain situations. How does he not make her feel frightened and uncomfortable if he can't have the most basic understanding of what can trigger a woman? I find it hard to believe that Monica has no fear of Ron. I'm terrified of Ron and I've never had any sort of interaction with the man.

The power stuff is just a stock claim used as an excuse for why they didn't come forward. Every MeToo story has to have that element to explain why they didn't do anything until decades later. It doesn't have to stand up to scrutiny because as you can tell, there will be a horde of jackasses who will White Knight for the woman.

The absolutely most popular pill/drug/meds for it is Ritalin. Ritalin works for a few hours before you gotta pop some new ones to keep the effect going.

Some side-effects from it is : dry mouth, hypertension, stomach issues, high blood pressure, irregular heart beat, mood swings, lightheadedness/dizzyness, and many many more.

I know people without ADHD use it for heightened focus and some use it to diet. You can often find college kids abusing them to better their results.

It is a very bad idea to just indulge in such a drug since it is only a couple of molecules away from being meth.

If this is the road they are going down, it's gonna be an interesting ride. It is also not an over the counter medication, so maybe they got themselves a pill pushing doc.

The high School football team had kids popping Adderall and Ritalin. I figure if rural high schoolers had access to these drugs (and much worse) then Monica and Ron getting some mother's little helpers would be easy.
