isnt calling people in your chat “autistic fucks” a twitch tos violation?
It is, but Twitch doesn't care. He's done it maaaannnyyyy times throughout the years and because he's bottom-tier in terms of streaming as well as being maxed out in luck, he's been able to get away with it.

I'm not sure who is overly sensitive?

Lol, imagine getting this upset by simple facts; I wonder who the autistic fuck is.

"The Whispers are just plot contrivances at this point. they don't make any sense"

This man is as dense as a fucking boulder. they've literally explained by this point in the game what the fucking Whispers are.

His depth perception is so fucking bad, he's swinging his sword wildly 4 feet away from this boss and not understanding why he isn't hitting. This is like in DMCV where he was just flailing as Dante across the room and didn't know why he wasn't landing hits.
Bolded: DSP is technically right about that.

Phil still has lots of debt, he only had some of it discharged.
Unless I've missed something, the only debt he has is related to his WAkhando mortgage. Which is a debt that he gladly pays, since it is needed for him to have his big boy mansion.

He got rid of his CC debt (~130k) and, AFAIK, also got rid of his CTkhando debt.

That's a whole lot of debt that was discharged. He basically just needs to pay his mortgage every month and he can spend money anyway he thinks is okay.

The only last sliver of hope that people can have now is that the trustee reported his income activity as suspicious to the USTP (as per what @architect said in the bankruptcy thread).

If she has not, then yeah, he got away scott-free. 200k+ dollars that will not need to come out of his pocket, while he is making 8k+ dollars a month.

He can't discharge his tax debts for the most part since they're recent. He still got a huge advantage with the bulk of his CC debt being discharged, though, and it does seem like he's getting out from under the CT condo as well.
