Not surprised. This is what he does. He's an abuser who harasses people who express a dislike of his behavior and actions and goes out of his way to try and intimidate people into silence. I mean this is the guy who thinks harassment means just disagreeing with him and that it's perfectly okay to be fired when people make up false shit about you without any sort of investigation done about it. He can go ahead and try to sue all those people if he wants but his bank account will drain faster than he can put anything into it and he has no valid reason other than them saying mean things about him because they think he's a piece of shit, not because they are trying to get him fired.

Yeah, but the main thing about Dex in IRL is competency. What competent person gets themseleves into a 300k fees which they have to pay anyway, may they win or lose & single handedly ruin any ounce of reputation just by breathing, not to include getting negative clout?

Since when does Dex mean competency? It means you're more likely to have the initiative (like fucking with a contract), and higher chance of dodging (which I already mentioned). Ron's problem is he didn't put any points into Int, Wis or Cha. Maybe he put some points in Str so hitting his partners with a remote would do a bit of extra damage.
I think @Ken Jennings should try to push Ron's buttons for amusement's sake.
