I once remember an illustrated book with some examples of horrifying, shitty taxidermy creations that were made by people who only had the skin of the animal and some second or third hand descriptions of it to work with. This "result" brings that book to mind, can't imagine why. If we invented a pill tomorrow that completely suspended the effects of dysphoria, cost $2 a bottle and was available over-the-counter at any drugstore, a lot of them would be complaining about their "transgender identity" being "erased" because they wouldn't feel uncomfortable having a dick anymore.
