Kevin shows an exceptional lack of interest in trans pornography. For instance, notice whenever he talks about trans "feminine penises." Whenever he's on the subject, he talks more about his faux-gina being penetrated than anything else. His interests are limited to just whether or not it involves a woman's genitals or breasts in some regard.
That's a clinical-sounding description, but it's because Kevin does not have discerning tastes. This leads to him finding eroticism in things like urine, diapers, rape, and lactation. A normal person does not derive any sort of arousal from these topics, but since these topics involve female genitalia (or breasts for the fourth example) in one form or another, that's good enough for Kevin. That's also why he has such a strong intrigue with things so far removed from what a normal person would find arousing, like a vaginal bug infestation, giving birth, or menstruation solely because it involves a vagina. It doesn't even need to be human, as he's also expressed sexual interest in the anatomically correct genitals and mammaries of female animals.
Maybe is has something to do with his face blindness. He's stated before that he can only identify a woman by long hair and the absence of facial hair. So when he shares that he recently masturbated to a drawing of a cow spraying miIk out of its distended udders rested above its swollen bovid vagina, he probably still registers it as mostly human because the creator slapped a purple wig onto it.
