Fun fact I had someone like this - not this guy or nearly as edgy but in the same vein - follow me for a bit. Fourteen, genderspecial, nounself pronouns, mental illnesses which were all self diagnosed, otherkin page full of anime characters, a basically identical do not follow if list - the works. They probably saw one of my posts and clicked follow before looking at my blog or about, or maybe saw a post that takes the piss out of those exact types of people, because they unfollowed me within a few minutes. It's all well and good because I would rather not have them follow me simply because of the conflict reasons you stated - I don't need SJuwu sorts of Tumblrites biting at my ankles because they don't agree with me.

Tumblr is like, 75% porn, 15% SJW wank, 5% oddball fandoms, and 5% goofballs making unintentionally amusing observations.

And double posting with an example of the oddball fandom goofballs being hilarious; in this case, coming up with a portmanteau of Stephen Universe, Gravity Falls, and Over the Garden Wall..

Sometimes tumblr knocks it out of the park.

Also, if you weren't aware, Tumblr did another aesthetic update that has gotten the userbase pretty upset. One of the new things added is the Tumblr "t" in the lefthand corner of the page, which, if you hover over it, changes colors. It scrolls through these almost pastel colors in in a way that's not a harsh flashing, and the "t" itself is probably less than a hundred pixels tall and wide.

Tumblr, of course, thinks this is going to trigger epileptic fits.

I can because I'm able to use my eyes and brain to tell faces and names apart, you could totally put in a guy like Steve Buscemi and your point would still be dull because 'everyman' is not going to stop being a character type and there are only so many ways for a dude to style his hair when most big events have designated stylists.

You aren't being progressive by pointing out that these dudes look similar, most humans look similar. Shut up.

Just wanna know if this is true or not? Does seem like a tumblr thing to do, faking predator/rape/harrassment/abuse stories against popular people who are generally beloved by the users kinda like what someone tried with Markiplier (and apparently several people before that) a little while back. Would explain why there's been no Xkit to the rescue with tumblr's shitty updates.

I really don't like how it's a "safe place" to admit things, but they record people who have been named abusive or predatory. Not proven, just named. Their about is incomplete despite that post being from the beginning of November. No information on how to clear the air if you've been wrongly accused by the blog.

I just... really hate this part of tumblr.

Y'know, this might be why the more reasonable and genuine people in the MRA camp kick up a stink about namedropping people on accusation alone.
Cause even if they're innocent people ignore that so a namedrop like that is utterly irresponsible when literally no evidence exists.

I mean go ahead and name rapists but by god at least wait till they're convicted.
