What part of "wait until he's proven real first" do folks not understand?

Don't ask him anything until we get confirmation that it's actually him and not some rando sped on the internet pretending to be him. In the mean time, stop biting any lines he throws out.

Well, we did get 17 or so affidavits that were sworn under the penalty of perjury, the same type of document you all use as your reason to label me an abuser soooooo there is that. Also, if you do a simple search online there have been more than 100 people to speak out against him. If we got further in the lawsuit there would be more people to testify, but, since they didn't have any evidence, you know, the stuff you swaaaak about for us, plus he had the most laughable legal team in history.... P.s. calling someone a piece of shit is not defamatory LOL, coupled with the 20+ years worth of online accounts, youtube search, affidavits, Vic admitting to almost everything, it sums it up. Or, we could use basic math, lets say, off the apology video he had come out at the beginning of February, where he said he hugged a 100 girls and 1 didn't want that. So, if he does 20-40 cons per year, lets say only 100 people at each con get an autograph from him, that is between 2000-4000 people. If he only hurt 1 based on his admission, that is 1% conversion. So, That is between 20-40 people per year, based on a really low average of people getting his autograph and his own 1% multiplied for lets just call it 10 years would be 200-400 people. I can post links to the videos here, if that is allowed. Also, with a quick search on youtube Vic Tamaki for instance, you find videos that are 3+ years old where he asks the girls if their fathers are there, multiple different videos, and then goes on to explain how people will call him a pervert, a pedophile, and disgusting online. So, he 1 knew his actions were causing a problem, 2 that they were creepy or he wouldn't ask if their dad was there, and 3 he could easily do the line, like other actors, without getting so close to the kids. Was it illegal? NO was it creepy? YES. I have cleared this up in the tweets they claim were defamatory, its in the record, what he did was creepy, inappropriate, enough to get fired, but jail probably not. He is almost 60 years old and clearly has boundary issues, he grew up in a different time than all of us, he failed to change his behaviors with the times, any grown adult can look at those videos and know it is inappropriate, even if they are asking for it. Not the line but the way it is done. Do it from the table or while standing. The creepy part is the grabbing, touching, kissing, and closeness to the kids ears. Pulling coworkers hair is going to get you fired anywhere, doing it to multiple people will really solidify the situation, all admitted to by him. He just didn't like the word pull because he thought it sounds like what you do in a fight. LOL. That is his opinion based on his "intentions" but you don't sue for a difference in opinion, you sue if someone lied, if you do something and someone else didn't want that, no matter your intention or difference in opinion, you will not win in court. You all think we lied while he admits he messed up but the fact is you just don't like the truth that one person can interpret something different than someone else and that doesn't make it illegal or actionable in court. Vic was taken advantage of, when he was probably freaking out, by Nick who saw dollar signs and a way to weaponize his channel. But, in the end, I hope you all continue to support him because I believe he is doing what he promised his fans, getting help and reconnecting with God. I know he loves his fans and will do whatever he can to meet you all at conventions. I do not have to like him but if cons want him to go that is their decision. But, I have the same right as you all who have to chose who and where I do business and where I spend my money. Based on the photos I have seen from conventions it looks like he has changed the way he interacts with fans. I think he understands that times have changed. I think he sees now that his position and work puts him in a position that others are not, imagine if a teacher was filmed doing the Coffee line how would that go for the teacher? I think he gets that now, maybe I am wrong, but the photos seem to show it. Imagine if he would have just responded to my email i sent the rangers and just spoke with me, he could have saved himself almost half a million dollars, but Nick wouldn't get those sweet superchats if there was no battle, would he? Nick wanted you all to believe we wanted him dead, in the dirt, destroyed, all while ignoring our actual words and documents that are in the court record, why? because it is easier to get money out of people when they are charged emotionally.

Listen, I know you just wrote a paragraph and all, but literally everything you say means absolutely nothing until you get yourself verified. We have a system here where persons of interest of any given event or situation we are currently observing and commenting on have to prove that they are that particular individual. It's needed because we get tons of people who sign up to parody or pretend to be other people and all it does is spread misinformation and confuse people and make a mess of things.

Prove that you are actually Ron Toye and then we'll listen to what you have to say and engage. If not, you're wasting your time typing paragraphs that no one will read or pay attention to. There's a process here. Follow it. This isn't Twitter.
