If my hair was grabbed by the roots and forcibly pulled so that someone could whisper some shit into my ear is a very different story. But Vic denies that. Is there a video of it somewhere? Or witnesses? It happened in a lobby where I'm sure security cameras are installed. Also there should have been others that witnessed it. Why did no one step up to back up this claim?

People weren't jumping in to defend Vic because they fear retaliation. Anyone who has supported Vic has received heavy backlash and people try to tear them down and get them fired. That's why... Ron.

It's not even about force. If a coworker gives you friendly anime headpats, but you don't like it for whatever reason, you communicate that to them. If they continue to do it, then that becomes harassment.

Likewise if a coworker yanked your head back by the hair and whispered "Mmm nice ass" and you genuinely had no problem with it, that's not harassment, either. Weird maybe, but not harassment.

Affidavits as a legal document in and of themselves aren't hearsay. The content of the affidavits are what can be identified as hearsay, seeing as how the majority of them read as "Well I heard from this person," rather than "I witnessed and experienced this," as your ex-wife did. But please, keep cherry picking and twisting as you've always done, Ron. It really sets the example for the progress you've made.
