She claims he constantly pulled her hair in front of people, so then she can surely get video or photographic evidence of this at some point. She claims that she often warned him about his behavior and told him to stop mistreating her/fans/constaff, so surely she has records of emails related to this. Provide some counter to the fact that Vic sent an apologetic email asking her what he could possibly have done to her and she ignored him and instead forwarded it to Funi/Sony trying to get him in trouble - show us previous emails where she has told him what he did and he apologized or made excuses.

Yea, lemons is so much better, frivolously fluffing up the bill to try to make Vic owe as much as possible, thankfully Chupp did the fees right. we laugh at everyone. Many were bedazzled by the mighty wargamer texan lawyer (even myself sadly) that ended up just being a boomer though i think he had as much effect on the lawsuit as your disease ridden lawyer. Vic is not obligated to listen to what Funimation tells him to do. He doesn't work for them. Funimation can go fuck themselves.

Also, why does Funimation get to exercise control over Monica's communications if she's just a contractor and not an employee?

As for Vic and Monica in the same hotel room, let's face it, you're just pissed because they might have shared more than what you've clearly seen in your eternal engagement to the sow.

Her not choosing to respond to him via email THAT time does not magically erase all the old emails and conversations she would have had with Vic in the past before she was told not to talk to him. As Vic chose to email her this very important conversation, it's clear that they communicated via emails regularly in the past. Show us the receipts. Show us the old emails where she lectured him about mistreating her/others like she claims she did in the past.

I wasn't trying to confirm the hotel story, Ron. It's been thoroughly disproven by Monica getting caught in her lies and being unable to tell the story the same way twice. Whether Vic and Monica ever kissed each other isn't something I care about, although I don't recall Vic ever confirming that he kissed Monica, what I care about is the provable parts of her story, such as the claim that he constantly yanked her hair and whispered in her ear in public, in front of people in conventions, and how she claims she went to Vic about this many times and he apologized and gave 'crocodile tears' (she identifies his email as one of those instances of 'crocodile tears') each time but then went back to doing it.
