yes yes, ethan is a liar with no actually moral principles besides the principle of getting free money from slave labor and his mong marks, but the things he pushes lean towards wn, hes knowingly gunning for that audience. just like how a dishonest politician is still labelled whatever line they tow for their own gain. ethan can try and be as amorphous as he wants but the truth is anything he is ever said is contradicted by his actions and choice of company.

I think that anyone online vocal about politics is pulling a grift, and they make out the distance between left and right wing is greater than it is and boogeyman the other side. They all go and cause situations by being assholes to people in real life, film it and claim they're being victimized by (Nazis, Leftists, Liberals, {insert vapid political idenity here}) always with links to Patreon and teesprings. The politics practiced by these people isn't politics with the intent of benefiting a community, nation or the future. The politics practiced is purely done so to benefit themselves. None of these people truly believe in anything other than feeding their own narcissism and greed.
What's worse is a lot of really stupid people take the shite spouted by these people to heart, and they bring it to the real world and the ballot box. It's why you got overweight neckbeards waving Kekistan flags, or shrill BPDs wearing vagina hats, or Ferk Yerrr Murica people out on the street really angry but not really understanding nor comprehending why they're really angry. Which is usually because someone said "Fuck the (otherside)", it is their fault you're miserable and don't forget buy the t-shirt.
Ralph isn't all that different when it comes to political grifters, his views change depending on the rise and fall of revenue. Where Ralph is different is that being a barely functional alcoholic means he is a hell of a lot less subtle with the grift and easier to get a reaction from when you press him.
