I suppose it would be entirely too optimistic to hope that the reason nobody is talking about him being released is because he has been blocked by the majority of the fandom, so his release tweets weren't noticed, rather than because furries just don't give a shit about a convicted sex pest in their midst.

But, you know, that's probably exactly what happened.

Furries don't give a shit. These posts made me go check twitter for a bit and it turns out that the fursuit makers, MadeFurYou, that defended Wild__Life after her most recent callout also made Growly's most recent suit. And don't have an issue with him advertising that fact.

It's generally known that Growly's suit is one of MFY's earlier works. AFAIK, if Syber has any control over the MFY meetup, Growly is not welcome to be at the meetup or in any of the meetup pictures. Don't think she can control him getting hold of merch, though, especially if he's wearing it around cons she doesn't attend.

It might be worth going back to Confurence's demise; I can't confirm/might be wrong but it was run into the ground by Darryl Exline, and when it did crash and burn there were claims of him tapping con funds for personal stuff. I heard he defended himself by claiming he'd been putting personal funds into the con but in my experience, anytime someone says that they're setting up plausible deniability for having their hand in the till.

Yeah I'm not really seeing the funny or the lead here. Just a dead end and some pretty average furry stuff. A bunch of wires with no visible ties so far, and a lot of old or disabled accounts.

Haven't seen any mention about this old thing on any threads (or i'm blind.), so I'll bring things up to speed, as the story has evolved a bit more.

TL;DR: It seems like FA/IMVU is getting tired of everyone bitching about 'muh nazis' by the looks of things. CoC 2.7 and Upload Policy 2.12 were updated, some Pro-Antifa content has been removed, and lefty tweetfurs sparked their outrage wagon to little fanfare by Princess Piche // Dragoneer.

Around mid April, the new CoC & upload policy were revised, and a journal was posted detailing the changes: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9468101/ ( https://archive.vn/iPL4m ) and as a result any work containing symbols of 'hate' or related organizations were to be removed within 14 days of the change, else face warnings or bans.

At the start of May 1st and onwards, they've been removing said content and issuing warnings (have yet to see a ban). Some of the usual lolcows have been seen commenting on it, along with pissed off furfags who left dumb shit up like "Nikki" Ribnose and zem's "punch nazis" shirt.

According to the 4/16/20 FA rules change:

Section 2.12 - Content Involving Real Hate Groups or Terrorist Organizations
Content which displays imagery, language, or rhetoric associated with real world hate groups (e.g. Nazism, ISIS, KKK), terrorists, mass murderers, or serial killers is prohibited.

Is there anything that will be done against these two accounts listed in the subject name? Just curious.

Antifa/Antifurs haven't been listed as a hate group by any reputable groups yet. We are enforcing our policies based on officially recognized hate/terror groups. If they hit that threshold they will not be allowed under AUP 2.12, however for now they do not fall under that policy.

That's not surprising, they probably haven't been pestered about his registry.

In the few times I've interacted with this sex rag of a furry, he told me of a time he drove to San Fran for a leather orgy. After an hour of being there, he was immediately kicked out because someone called and informed them he was an SO. The best part? They knew, and up until someone called, no one gave a fuck. They got smart though and the owner of the space permabanned his ass as well.

I think it's also why he still is able to remain in the fandom, he tells these stories in a light of "woe is me, life is hard it sucks to be me", but in light of last year, most furs I know with half a brain cell began to avoid the fuck out of him.
