When someone dredges up old porn pics or videos to humiliate and get back at their enemies it's called revenge porn. The intent of the person disseminating the porn makes it revenge porn not the intent of the person in it when they made it.

If Stallone made a dirty movie before he was a star and Arnold used it against him that would be "revenge porn" whether Sly signed a release or not.

You and I just define revenge porn differently.

No sockpuppet, that's not what revenge porn is at all. Revenge porn is distributing personal sex videos without someone's consent. Pornhub videos that have been uploaded by the involved parties are publicly available and by definition free to distribute by anyone.
