A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I don't think this has been posted. It's a newish Italian study on the prevalence of personality disorders in trans (and non-binary!) people. Archive.

49.5% were dignosed with one or more PD, and it looks like there's some interesting data about personality traits.
Was the conclusion of the study that all of these people are walking stereotypes?

Holy fuck, that poor kid looks exactly like the 7yro version of Forest Whitaker in Battlefield Earth. I see a future junkie 41% candidate. The proper Afrikaans pronunciation of Theron is "Tron", but I say we add one more "o".

Apparently doctors used to refuse to let men transition if they had no chance of passing, and I think they had the right idea, and it's a shame they stopped doing it due to greed or tranny insanity or both. How does it benefit men who are delusional enough to think they're women if they have no hope of ever looking like one? In addition to having their delusional fantasies unfulfilled, I'm sure it's stressful to go outside everyday looking like a laughingstock.

Anyway, Charlize is a child abuser for wanting to castrate her black son and for telling him he'll be a real woman one day. That kid's going to get a heck of a wakeup call when puberty hits (whether natural or artificial).

Lexi Sutton (possibly Thomas Sutton), 33
Harlem, New York City, New York. March 28, 2020

MTF prostitute stabbed to death reportedly by another MTF hooker in a dispute over a wig.

This is probably the funniest murder ever.

Serena Angelique Velasquezz, 32
Layla Palaez, 21
San Juan, Puerto Rico. April 22, 2020

Both were shot in an altercation with two men with whom they’d had sex after failing to disclose that both Velasquezz and Palaez were male. Both suspects have been arrested and are being charged under US hate crime statutes.

They murdered them because technically what these trannies did is what's called "rape by deception", it's not like these poor men woke up in the morning and decided to go out to kill trannies.

US Navy grants first waiver for transgender service member to serve under their preferred gender

(CNN)The US Navy has granted a waiver allowing a transgender service member to serve "in their preferred gender" for the first time since the military enacted a transgender ban.

The Defense Department's online guidelines say transgender people can serve, but only if they meet the standards of the sex they were assigned at birth. The Department of Defense can grant waivers to that requirement.

(CNN)The US Navy has granted a waiver allowing a transgender service member to serve "in their preferred gender" for the first time since the military enacted a transgender ban.
"The acting Secretary of the Navy has approved a specific request for exemption related to military service by transgender persons and persons with gender dysphoria," Navy spokeswoman Lt. Brittany Stephens told CNN.
Stephens added that "this service member requested a waiver to serve in their preferred gender, to include obtaining a gender marker change in (the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) and being allowed to adhere to standards associated with their preferred gender, such as uniforms and grooming."
The GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders and the National Center for Lesbian Rights said Friday that the waiver was granted to their client, a Naval officer who filed a lawsuit in March against the ban.
The anonymous Naval officer had served two extended tours of duty over nine years and was facing involuntary discharge because she's transgender, according to the complaint.
"While we are relieved that our client, a highly qualified Naval officer, will be able to continue her service, there are other equally qualified transgender service members who have sought waivers and are still in limbo, despite being perfectly fit to serve," said Jennifer Levi, the director of GLAD's Transgender Rights Project, in a statement Friday.
The ban, which went into effect last year, blocks individuals who have been diagnosed with a condition known as gender dysphoria from joining the military. The ban prohibits transgender people from joining the military and prohibits anyone currently in the military from transitioning genders, according to the Human Rights Campaign, which is the largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTQ equality in the United States.
The Defense Department's online guidelines say transgender people can serve, but only if they meet the standards of the sex they were assigned at birth. The Department of Defense can grant waivers to that requirement.
Gender dysphoria is defined by the distress caused by the discrepancy between a person's body and their gender identity. The American Psychiatric Association added the term to its diagnostic manual in 2013 to distinguish between the condition of being transgender and symptoms that arise from distress over being transgender.
President Donald Trump announced in 2017 via Twitter that he would re-instate the ban, reversing an Obama-era policy still under final review at the time that would have allowed transgender individuals to openly serve in the military. The move came as a surprise to military officials, with the Joint Chiefs of Staff, including then-chairman General Joseph Dunford, unaware of Trump's plans to tweet the policy, three US defense officials told CNN at the time.
Despite Trump's announcement, a federal judge ruled that the military must accept transgender recruits, with the Pentagon confirming in February 2018 that the first transgender person had signed a contract to join the US military.
But the policy was later officially released by then-Secretary of Defense James Mattis in 2018, and the Supreme Court allowed the ban to go into effect last year. The Democrat-controlled House voted in June to block the Pentagon from using funds to implement the ban.
An earlier analysis from the Rand Corporation, commissioned by the Obama Defense Department, concluded that allowing transgender people to serve in the military would have a "minimal impact" on readiness and health care costs, largely because there are so few.
CNN's Eric Levenson and Jeremy Diamond contributed to this report.

Aha in that you should’ve realized by now that the regular ol’ G&Ls want fuck all to do with an ideology that actively works against their interests and for which they’ll be ostracized for even bothering to show up? That kind of aha?
By now gays and lesbians have certainly worked out that 'trans and queer' actually does specifically exclude them. Them not feeling a part of that group isn't an aha moment, it's yet another example of troons setting up a situation entirely for their benefit then claiming oppression when other people are aware of it.

Queer is overwhelmingly used nowadays for genderspecials, fake gays and degenerates up to and including the zoophile/paedophile level. So, no, your ordinary LGB knows what you mean when you purposefully exclude the start of the alphabet acronym.

Considering how troons have made the acronym all about them anyway, I do appreciate that it's a more accurate approach. When you don't even pretend to be just part of the acronym anymore but, in fact, the only part that matters, it becomes so much easier to separate their bullshit.

My sis-in-law is a high school teacher, and she says she's averaging about 2-3 genderspecials per class. Mostly Aidens and "non-binary femmes" though.
She said they're annoying as fuck. She has to get a brief usually, where she's instructed to "ensure her and the class calls Aiden (formerly Brittany) by his correct and rightful pronouns!". Some choose absurd
"androgynous" names, dropping their last name entirely, and teachers/staff have to refer to them as like, "Cade". Some of them walk around like they own the school, because they kinda do at this point.
Imagine thinking it's a good idea to give kids this much power. Inmates running the fucking asylum.
Seriously. Like, it's shit like that why I'm against even social transitioning for minors. In theory they could be allowed to just present as the opposite sex until they're 18, so they can just dip their toes in without doing anything permanent.

In practice though, I highly suspect that giving kids the power to compel their parents, other relatives (lol grandpa faggot), their teachers and basically every adult authority figure in their lives to reinforce their dumb delusions doesn't allow for any real introspection. Kids like to rebel against authority figures, but at the same time, they're also strongly influenced by what adults say and do. By kid logic, if an adult authority figure says it's true, then well shit, it really must be true. Having every adult tell a boy "yep, you're totally a girl" is damaging as shit. It's not testing anything.

All social transitioning does is guarantee that as soon as their 18th birthday ticks over, those peens / tits are getting chopped.

So the Troon machine behind Pinknews is trying to cancel JK Rowling again.

They were monitoring her tweets for infractions and she liked something they do not approve of.

Article here (Archived so PN doesn't get ad clicks)

Rowling liked a Tweet by a gay man who was actually AT the Stonewall Riots. So a real gay activist from back in the day who is currently disgusted by Tranny activism.
Sargeant and Rowling dare believe that a grown adult male with a full beard, and no intention to transition in any medical way is NOT a lesbian.

Penis News needs to ree harder, I'm sure she'll give a shit one day.

"I think I'm a woman" = "consistent with science."

I think we all know who's gonna win this lawsuit. And who the future track stars of CT are gonna be.

No wonder trannies never developed a strategy that isn't soft position bargaining
It works for them every.single.time

The kid "transitioned" at 3. He's currently 7 years old. What the fuck.

She never seemed to have much going on upstairs

I'm surprised the other kids haven't bullied them to the 41% club yet, school kids are vicious with weirdos

Gay shit is currently still kinda cool, you can get in alot trouble especially if shit goes viral, kids have been preached about tolerance and acceptance since they were in diapers and you can laugh at them from distance so no need smell that desperation. Take your pick. If it's a social justice type of school environment trooning out has great potential to increase power and allow them to bully others rather than other way around too. Prince of Queen's had pretty good story about this sort of thing.

Students here are taught that trannies and genderspecials are like fucking lemmings. If you breath wrong around them they'll commit suicide, and then you will go down in history as someone who committed a hate crime. So as stated, the penalties for hurting their feelings or screwing up a pronoun are incredibly steep. My sis-in-law says what ends up happening unfortunately, is students just don't bother with them at all. So trooning out has a tendency to make these students far more socially isolated from normal school life, hanging out exclusively with other genderspecials in a bubble.
She's often had an Aiden come to her before class making sure she got her written memo that they're a "he/him" now., ensuring she knows their new male name (or vice versa but it's mostly Aiden's). But the attendance sheets and stuff will have their real female name. So that can be challenging, because then she has to announce to the class in the middle of the school year that "Ashley is now Chase, and he is a true and honest real teenage boy. Let's all make sure we get his pronouns correct!". If students don't get with the program, she has to correct them and make sure it happens.
She has to be exceedingly nice and enthusiastic with these students because they have the power to really fuck with her livelihood. All it takes is one accusation of transphobia to put a teacher in a world of trouble.

If a teacher has to do this regularly, even just once per week, at the end of each school years she'd have wasted hours, hours that could have been spent on, you know, education.

Narcissistic trannies are here to remind us again about how covid-19 affects trannies more than everyone else.

Firstly, less than 30 people aged under 25 have died from kung flu, so stop being such a massive faggot and man up. You're not going to die of covid-19.

Secondly, if you're an adult and you die of anything then you don't have to be buried by your parents. Your tranny certificate has fuck all to do with what you parents do when you die. Likewise, if you do have a tranny certificate, that's not going to stop them treating you like the man you are at your funeral.

Thirdly, fuck the BBC for pretending that 21-year-old narcissists are at risk from kung flu.

Bonus content here from self-hating lesbian Sue Kerr, who seems to spend most of her life sucking tranny cock (https://genderidentitywatch.com/201...urgh-lesbian-correspondents-pghlesbian24-usa/)

There was no resource for face masks affirming transgender and queer folks, so we created one

How the fuck does an N95 mask not affirm trannies? Does 3M need to do a special run of masks with 'women have penises too' slogans, and line art of chicks with dicks?
>Lucy, who works in a call centre, says her health issues are the only reason she hasn't moved out of her parents' house.
It's really amazing how troons are always terribly abused by their parents, but can never move the fuck out.

In an unsurprising turn of events, the Hungarian parliament passes article 33, which makes it impossible for transgenders to legally change their sex on the civil registry:
Hungary rolls back legal protections, puts trans and intersex people at risk

On 19 May 2020, following weeks of international outcry, the Hungarian Parliament voted 133 in favour, 57 opposed, to approve an omnibus bill, one article of which replaces the category of “sex” on the civil registry with one of “sex assigned at birth”.

The article within the omnibus bill, Article 33, amends the civil registry document, which is used as the basis for all legal identity documents for Hungarian citizens. Replacing the changeable characteristic of “sex” with an immutable one, “sex assigned at birth”, in practice Hungary has made legal gender recognition, the process by which trans and intersex people can bring their documents into alignment with their gender identity, impossible.

Before the proposal of this omnibus bill, the situation was bleak for trans and intersex Hungarians. According to the Second LGBTI Survey of the Fundamental Rights Agency, published last week, 76% of trans Hungarians believe that the Hungarian government “definitely does not effectively combat prejudice and intolerance against LGBTI people”, compared to an EU-28 average of only 38%. Additionally, 84% of trans respondents in Hungary reported that the main reason for increasing prejudice, intolerance, or violence in the country was “Negative stance and discourse by politicians and/or political parties”.

The international response was significant, with thousands of posts using the hashtag #drop33, referring to the specific article of the bill, as well as statements from the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, the European Parliament, the United Nations Special Procedures, and many more

Katrin Hugendubel, Advocacy Director for ILGA-Europe, said: "Legal gender recognition is the bedrock of access to equality and non-discrimination for trans and intersex people. Without it, these populations are subject to immense stigma, discrimination, harassment, and violence every time they use their identity documents – be it at the bank, when going to the doctor, when applying for a job, or even when applying for a cell phone contract.”

Dan Christian Ghattas, Executive Director of OII Europe, continues: “Intersex people can also need access to legal gender recognition, and are subject to discrimination and stigma when that is not possible. According to the FRA Survey, 21% of intersex Hungarians believe that barriers to legal gender recognition are their biggest obstacle.”

The European Court of Human Rights has consistently and clearly asserted that legal gender recognition falls within the right to private and family life in the European legal framework, specifically protected by Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. ECtHR jurisprudence indicates that the personal characteristic of “sex” is one that, so long as it is publicly recorded by States, should be possible to change to protect the human rights of trans and intersex people to private and family life, to health, to found a family and marry, and to recognition before the law.

“We are dismayed by this decision to roll back established rights,” says Masen Davis, Interim Executive Director of Transgender Europe. “Trans and intersex Hungarians, as all people in Hungary, should have their human rights equally protected and without discrimination.”

This is probably one of the many reasons why parents are opting out public school in favor for home schooling; the risk of your kid getting suspended or expelled because he won't play make-believe with a basket-case isn't worth it, especially for the quality of education most get from public schools.

It's so fucked that the troons are lumping in intersex conditions with tranny nonsense.

Every human being (and the vast majority of mammals and lots of other types of animals) have one of two sexes, either male or female. Sex can be determined objectively. Intersex people are still only one of male or female, it can just be a little more complicated to determine their sex.

I don't know if this law is a good law, considering that intersex people can legitimately be misidentified at birth, but that doesn't cover virtually any trans people.

I'm sure the EU will fuck with Hungary over this. I'm curious to see how that develops.
