A bit of backstory: Recently, a compiled list of moderators over popular subreddits revealed that there are a handful of users who control a vast majority of them. On top of being an insect who reposts content for clout, GallowBoob is one of them. reddit admins have taken to actively deleting postings of this list because it "incites harassment", since power jannies are a protected class (apparently, he whined before and it resulted in user pings from r/drama being disabled).

Power mods like these are nothing but a cancer for any community. They don't have an interest in the topic being discussed and just enjoy having the position. Other accusations include accepting bribes to push sponsored content, but this article does not speak anything about this guy's history, which might be worth documenting.
