If we think about it that would make the usual already debatable pee-hole fisting a bit more painful.
This stuff reminds me of that weird Sonic artist I ran across back then who had some weird takes on anatomy.

Anything to do with sounding squicks me out, it reminds me of one of those medical horror stories where a guy shoves one of those glass swizzle sticks up his dick and it breaks.

Anyone remember that old journal on FA where the dude specifically describes instructions on how to do 'cock vore' irl? Basically he was giving a step by step guide to using living earthworms as sounds and letting them wriggle in you.

I still have that saved somewhere.

I remember him describing that they'll try to escape and 'burrow' into you, so that it's important to keep a grip on them from the outside so they don't go down into your uretha out of reach. That's a hard one to describe to the doctor. (:_(

Did the Livejournal have any ties to that Discord IRL vore group a while back? I know some of them were doing similar shit with snakes/worms.

Oh, this was years ago before Discord was a thing. I might have even posted a screenshot in here, I vaguely remember bringing it up before. Knowing that there's a full Discord for that sort of thing though is horrifying. (:_(
