You missed my point. Not everyone follows him on twitter or youtube. Most people aren't going to spend 3 hours watching a livestream or combing thru all his tweets. A certain percentage of his backers are most likely completely unaware of any of the drama; they see the Indiegogo promoted or retweeted without the shitshow context. I mostly agree. Especially on the part that there are "anti's" who became that because they were salty they simply didn't get to rise in the pyramid structure of hierarchy of CG. But it's completely untrue for folks like Doug TenNapel or Tim Lim. This is why I don't take the word "anti-CG" seriously when it's thrown around loosely to paint people in a broad brush and lump them into one group. I prefer "anti-EVS" or, "anti-WC", because then we clear up the grey area a little bit. That way, if someone in CG actually legitimately has a good book, you can't actually label someone is "anti-CG" if they back them despite being completely disgusted by EVS and his goons.

Bonding over hate is bound to have it's recoil. Look at the Fandom Menace. The outrage that is Last Jedi sparked so much comradery to be formed as they spent years shitting on it. Now? It's completely dying and fading away because no one expected Rise of Skywalker to be good, and they have Clone Wars and Mandalorian. This is why people like Anna are trying to slide into CG. FM is pretty much like WC, it's a super fan group, loyal to one thing/franchise/person. CG is a "movement" that covers a variety of genres and more than just one franchise.

I don't expect the hate boat of people who are anti-EVS and SJWs to last very long either.

Anti-CG used to mean the SJW's who were calling comic fans Nazi's. Now it means anyone who criticizes Ethan's fan club.

The antis only exist as a descriptor for people who walked away from EVS but also want to see him fall. Antis aren't a movement. They are a reaction to the retardation in CG.
