Hope's dead boyfriend wasn't a troon, Null's just been hitting the jenkem too hard and misunderstood that people were saying about Hope being an FtM. Zac was clearly a genetic male. Just look at his fat distribution, hairline, and ability to grow facial hair that doesn't look like wispy pubes:

I wouldn't be surprised if Chapman slowly ghosted Zac the same way "he" ghosted the DesuDesBrigade. Instead of cutting things off clean, "he" just became more and more distant, and allowed the relationship to wither away, while leaving "his" so called friends to wallow in the pieces. Seems to be a running thing with the way Chapman handles relationships.

I'm not really that shocked, the guy had massive self worth issues and a general negative personality that really boiled over when people called him on it. He constantly came across as self destructive and his old blog posts came across as someone really bitter with the world. He wanted to be WAY bigger of a film critic then what he was. ANN became a complete joke under his tenure and he burned bridges constantly with loved ones and friends. My guess is that Hope leaving him and the general Coronavirus lockdowns probably made him realize just how badly self-destructive he could get. Some people just can't live with themselves when that realization hits.

Add in his massive issues with alcohol abuse and it was basically a ticking clock. The guy was 30 something and still regularly drinking to blackout levels and freely admitted to drinking "to get through the day."

Despite his childishness and issues, I'm still sad to see it happen. It's tragic to see anyone die so young.
