Hypothetically speaking, let's say Vic somehow wins on the appeals against all odds. Not saying he will by the way, this is just a hypothetical situation.

If Vic were to win, how would you handle it? If Vic were to win and get the damages he's seeking, it's possible Monica could be laid off from Funimation as a way to save face and reduce further financial damages in that kind of scenario.

Basically, what would be your plan of action in this hypothetical worst-case scenario?

I understand the frustration but when 17 affidavits are submitted and people still think it isn't evidence or when people do not know how things really work when people are in a lawsuit and ask for evidence it gets redundant. He admits to doing the things Monica, Jamie, and the others say he did. The only thing he disagrees with is how they feel. Given the recent allegations about Biden, I'm wondering if there is a specific reason you want to vote for Joe Biden in particular as opposed to voting third-party or abstaining. Is there any policies or platforms of his that you are in favor of?

1/ When did you learn about the kiss incident? I don't know the exact date but early January last year.
2/ Why didn't Monica bring that incident up for FUNi's investigation? She did.
3/ Why didn't you show the receipts you claim to have yet? Why can't you? It isn't the time, yet. We didn't get to that phase in the lawsuit and now that we won we will do what we promised, once the appeal is over, and post everything. We will also be covering a lot on video.
4/ How do you feel about what is now popping up when one googles your name? It is annoying but it is what it is. I knew I would take heat from his fans, better me than the ladies he hurt, so I don't mind. It also provides me with years of content, if I chose to cover it.
5/ Do you think it was worth it, was fighting Vic worth destroying your image? It was worth it and I would do it again if the need arises. My image isn't destroyed. What people see is a man who got attacked after sticking up for women and their 1st amendment rights.

6/ How did Monica and you met Casey Erick? Professionally in his office.
7/ Why did you choose to then hire J Sean Lemoine too? He is a TCPA specialist and one of the smartest men I have had the pleasure to talk with. He is one of the best lawyers when it comes to defamation lawsuits and antislapp litigation in the US.
8/ If it's for the TCPA, does that mean he'll stop working on the case if the appeal court decides to revert the ruling? Check the court docs, we have a specialist working on the appeals who is one of the top attorneys in the state.
9/ Why did you want the depositions to happen before filling the anti-SLAPP motion? Why not filling the motion right away? Why wouldn't we want depositions if the other side is stupid enough to allow them? Ty is an idiot and was doing things for the Youtuber who fed him the lawsuit.
10/ Why did you want the names of Sarah Bachmeyer and the Yost twins to be confidential, but not any other name? I will not address this question, sorry.
11/ Why do you refuse to conceed that the wrongful notarization of the affidavits was a simple mistake? It wasn't a simple mistake. Call up the Texas Secretary of State and ask them what they think of Ty's "mistake" LOL they have a word for it It will be dealt with.
12/ Don't you think that trying so hard to win on a technicality looks a lot like guilt admission? It isn't winning on a technicality. We won based on the law. We submitted the required items to prove we didn't lie. What winning looks like is awesome and only people who are butt hurt think it looks like anything else.
13/ What do you think of Judge Chupp, overall? He is a professional who did his job.

Only the target demographic ever buy physical media, non-anime fans don't even give it a second thought. If they don't like the changes in the script that have no business being in that dub script, they're not going to buy that DVD and the company that produced those DVDs don't turn a profit to cover the costs. This is why pirating is popular with anime fans so they can decide whether something is worth getting for future, personal viewings (if they can't store a digital file anywhere) or not. And even then, they might just import.

It's disrespectful to the original creator to change the meaning of a work without their permission just because Japanese societal norms don't line up with an American's societal norms.

You have to think about the casual fan. I do not know much about the industy but I know that the Dub goes on most

In the hypothetical universe that anything slips past appeals that doesn't mean it is over, it means we would have a chance to appeal that or let it go back down to the court and we would win at summary judgment. There is not a single scenario in the world that Vic wins, in the end. His lawsuit was doomed from the beginning and Nick knew he just wanted that content. I think you have not been following the lawsuit with logic but rather emotion. I get you like him, I don't want you to stop, but he would never win a lawsuit about a damaged reputation when he was the person to instigate the debate in the first place. His public statements on the topic, before my first tweet by the way, point to a person who should have never brought a defamation lawsuit. Plus there are years and years worth of videos where out of his mouth he talks about how his actions are going to cause people to talk bad about him online. You all were deceived by Nick, I know you don't want to admit it but it is true.
