Preston said he filed police reports. If he's serious about filing a LOL suit that would be his first step. If he can get a police investigation started then whether Ethan is charged or not whatever is discovered by police can be used against him in a civil suit. I don't know if the police are actually investigating but if they are that's bad news for Ethan.
