TUG doubles down on his lies, and "Michael Oxmaul" got under his skin so much to get TUG to sing "I've been working on the railroad" at the end of the Liamstream.

At the end of the Liamstream, they bring up one of Liam's mod Matthew Fowler (from the incident that got one of his streams struck when they showed Tessa Fowler's bras and nipples poking through them on stream), and went "fuck it, we can't have him on, we need to close out". I'd argue intent has more bearing on the overall action in such an instance, in that the intent of the person is to swat them, but the police didn't do it. That's why intent is important in law, and can modify crimes.

Second, you cannot sue someone for requesting something under a FOIA and then publishing it. FOIAs are public records.
