That is what "standing up straight" looks like when you're a landwhale. That much excess fat is not only a deformity in itself, but it throws off musculoskeletal alignment in all kinds of ways. That model can't stand normally because of her obesity, and she'd probably have to force herself into some really weird positions to look semi-normal in still photos.
It isn't so much that some things shouldn't be sold in size landwhale; it's more that no human should be sized landwhale in the first place.

Firstly, she's wearing the wrong size bra and it's really obvious that it's too small and riding up at the back.
Secondly, I very much doubt she'll nurture and love her body unconditionally when she can't walk more than a hundred yards without sitting down, get in a normal car (i.e. not a Chrysler Voyager or other large people carrier), ascend stairs, or wipe her own arse.

Staying fat is the opposite of nurturing your body. If Mary Lambert were anorexic and she told everyone that she wants to stay that way and nurture herself, everyone would lose their minds.

She's doing that model humped back slouch/ dead-eyed robot thing that is a standard for some reason that eludes me because it's offputting as hell and makes clothes look like crap in my eyes. Personally I hate the dead fish-eyed, slouch shouldered robot thing on all models - it does none of them any favours, but it emphasizes the fat, out of shape thing to the absolute max, to the point of true horror. Everything sags more when you slouch like that, if you have no angles to start with you become ever more shapeless, and when there's a lot of sag (unlike with bony, flatchested models) instant extra super-potato shape ensues. Really bad choice by whoever was directing that shoot.

I have said this before but I'll say it again.
In 2012 I had a client who was a mega fatty. He was about 470 lbs. That's deathfat possibly bordering on infinifat. He could walk and just about do stairs. It became my lot in life to review his medical documentation as part of the case. I learnt that he had an apron of flab like those birds you posted dangling right down. It had fungus growing under it because he lived alone and he was incapable of reaching under it to clean right up under the folds and couldn't fit in the shower anyhow.
It was sad really because he was really smart, but, a combination of paranoid schizophrenia, an addictive personality, and a vicious cycle of depression > comfort eating > weight gain > depression led to him being in that state. People like that need help.
And this is why the HAES movement is so sick-making. Not because they are mega fatties, but because they not only are in denial that they have a problem (the first step in any addiction recovery is admitting you have a problem) but they go out their way to convince others that they should be in denial and also shriek at and abuse those who do seek help.
As for those women there, here's some horror for you. They look to be north of 500lbs to me. They all have aprons. How often do they wash under the apron. And can they wipe their own arse. Or wipe themselves after urinating. Dried urine on skin can lead to "urine burns" and rashes which can get infected. I wonder how many fativists know about this but think it's practicing self love to go around with fungus in your fupa, piss rashes on your crotch, and dried crap on your rump.

The problem with those women is also that they are gloryfing obesity. It sounds like a cliché but the first girl on the first pic is Caitidee. The blonde one is Jessy Teacakes who has a youtube channel and is featured On bigcuties.com. The woman with the glasses is the boss of that website and at least 4 of those girls are featured on that sick website that is about gaining and feederism. It’s SO sickening I cant even.

Loey Lane is one of those girls I've kept a morbidly curious eye on over the years. I've watched her truly deteriorate from only sort of fat into irredeemably fat since her divorce. When she made a brand out of being fucking huge I lost all hope. I've just checked back in with her for the first time in a few months and it seems she's starting to suffer more physical consequences - if anyone truly believes her poor kidney function has nothing to do with her weight they need to be wearing a helmet. I remember her pretending to be on some sort of health kick for a while - she jumped on the vegan train and uploaded vlogs in workout gear when all she really seemed to do was walk around. I was almost looking forward to the day she started suffering health complications if only to see if she had the balls to keep churning out her HAES spiel.
This particular shot is a few weeks old at this stage but I can't bring myself to look away. I check in on Loey every few months and she seems to deteriorate more each time. The difference between those facial expressions speaks volumes.

Kidney infection could be the result of a chronic urinary infection that eventually crawled its way back to the kidneys. Chronic UTIs can be the result of a few issues, one of which is poor hygiene after shitting, and poorly controlled blood sugar (pre diabetic or diabetic) can add to the issues. Both things are related to obesity. People that size can't clean themselves properly, and we see people like ALR who admit to holding in their piss for much longer than they should because getting to and using the toilet is so difficult for them. Loey probably isn't at the ALR stage of refusing to urinate unless she's bursting yet, but if she's already having issues with urinary tract/kidney stuff, it's only going to get worse as she gains weight and her mobility and blood sugar markers get worse.

She's got a nice face but she is very selective with her angles. You can see the true extent of her size in footage filmed by other people - I think she took part in a Buzzfeed project recently and some of the caps I saw from that project were horrific. She looks awful when she isn't lighting herself or when she's caught at the wrong angle.
There are quite a few shots of her when she was just bigger than average before the weight gain - she's always had quite a nice face. She's one of the fat girls who excuses her size by claiming she was anorexic as a teenager. I've dumped a few pictures under the spoiler to illustrate the decline - the first in the blue dress is allegedly when she was anorexic.
