Radical Feminists are usually staunch anti-natalists.
There are arguments that hetero women can't be true rad fems, because they'll argue that all men suck but not their Nigel. He's the one good chap. He's a good, feminist, non-porn watching man blah blah. That also applies to women who have managed to be the only woman who have socialized their male spawn successful to rad fem ways. That's why the term "Not my Nigel" came about, to kinda make fun of women who still make excuses for the men in their lives.
Honestly, I don't know how it works. I know that there is a schism between lesbians and straights. That's why some straight women become pretend lesbians aka 'political lesbians'. A lot of it is unspoken but it's the reality. You can't be a separatist with a male partner or male kids, so there is always a lot of defensive straight women and mothers, who for whatever reason feel a kinship with man haters who honestly see them as second class feminists. There's a lot of masochism inherent in straight women or mom's who hang out with the rad fem crews.
The gold standard for radical feminists is to be a childless dyke who is a separatist. Some will argue you can't be a radical feminist with a male intimate in your life be it a sexual partner or child. Others will argue it's possible but much harder.
