Alright I feel like pulling an H3H3 and collecting Ethan most epicest moments, might be lacking ones and Im listing as I remember them:
1) Shoenice and Trisha Paytas
2) Backstabbing JonTron and to a lesser degree PewDiePie
3) "Women on a natural setting are to be conquered", "I just like saying nigga-faggot", "Incels man", "Catholic Church"
4) Everybody Hates Ethan, Content Vigilante, Content Nuke
5) Collaborating with IDubbbz in his campaigns against Leafy and Keemstar
6) Being a dealer early on his career
7) Pretending his call for action in charity are donating to them
FUPA Fund, Matt Hoss Lawsuit, The Mansion and pretending they are not rich
9) Being in bed with YouTube establishment

Gokanaru's video had some points you missed. Like how he was incredibly disrespectful to William Osman, a much smaller creator, on the show, as he gave him only 15 min to talk about his house having burned down + the coughing beanie he made for Ethan. Also, episode's title didn't even have William's name in it at first, and when they tried to fix it, the title was still pretty shit. Or when Ethan tried to slam the police for how they disarmed an elderly woman with a knife, only to get called out by Donut Operator for it. Or even that goofy middleaged dentist that came on their show, where they acted shitty towards him for people's entertainment (dude was pretty chill, yet they kept making him out to look like he was uncontrollable). Oh yeah, and initially censoring Gokanaru's name from the comments section.

Again, Ethan talking shit behind both Keemstar AND Chad (Anything4Views's) backs right after the two were on their show.

Going after people for sponsoring and promoting online gambling/lootboxes for kids, while later coming out with a free mobile game that had horrendous microtransactions.

Ignoring Etika's mothers and ex-girlfriend's wishes to stop blaming Keem for the tragedy.

Nutrafol, who sponsor the H3H3 podcast, are doing an investigation into the comments made by Ethan Klein and will most likely stop sponsoring the podcast. So that's potentially Old Spice, Adam&Eve and Nutrafol all pulling their sponsorships.

That leaves Zumiez, Stamps.com, Ridge, ForHims, Honey, MeUndies, ExpressVPN, GetQuip and Capterra so it's not exactly like they're running out of sponsors but it sure is an interesting trend we're seeing.

I love this for many reasons. The main one being it's one of the most empty threats I've seen. It's such a barren threat because in order to sue Keem he would have to provide all the financial information about the FUPA fund, some personal finances, and how much money he made from PayDay2 DLC pack to prove Keem is "slandering" him.

Here is a timestamp portion of Keem telling the truth about the hooked nose.

E: Even better, this would be a Federal case which will take years since Keem is in NY and Ethan is in CA. Then Ethan will have to fight through the CA Anti-Slapp laws, Keem's freedom of the press, and Ethan proving he isn't a public figure.
