If Amber even had a shred of common sense, she'd sue YDHB. It would be
incredibly easy to win.
Here is some information on how that could be done.
In particular, note:
Amber would be suing because of the latter, the right of publicity.
"But she's using a doodle of Amber so it's different," Nope. In fact, I'll even emphasize the point made in this quote:
I'm pretty sure Amber could try to sue Teespring instead of YDHB, although I don't know how feasible that would be. I'd also like to point out the following:

This design doesn't have design guard and despite her saying she is donating the money to charity, she's not using Teespring's charity donation option, which can easily make people see that the proceeds are going to charity. And even if she
is donating all of the proceeds to charity, it literally makes no sense to not use this stamp.
This community help post on Teespring shows how useful the charity option can be. Also
this community help post explains the design guard and what happens if it's found out that you copied something then claimed it as your own, so maybe it's good that YDHB hasn't guarded the "design".
"But YDHB isn't even in America, those are state laws, it doesn't apply" except Amber can 100% still sue.
It isn't easy to ignore. All Amber has to do is find a good lawyer and set up a call and I bet things will suddenly become too real for YDHB and she'll want to back off. Although if she's made any sales, I'm almost positive Amber could ask for that money so it really doesn't make any sense why YDHB did this.
If Amber ever feels like she ought to protect herself or fight back, she has overwhelming evidence in her favor against all the Haydurs, and what's more she stands to gain thousands of dollars off of these people if she sues them. The arguments these reactors use are subpar at best, their work isn't transformative, and they use her likeness to profit. Quite frankly I would love it if Amber quietly filed several lawsuits but that's only because I really enjoy legal battles that are spectacles. I'm not a lawyer, just someone who enjoys a good laugh.
