Not a specific word or phrase but a funny example of how terrible he is at talking ahn da fly, especially in situations where he has to defend himself or insult/banter with someone. This kind of thing is part of why he always mutes people. Yes he's a control freak, but also he's absolutely dogshite in high stress situations with others.
The few times he's ever had a back-and-forth with someone insulting him his only comeback has been to parrot their words back at them in a petulant mock voice.

There has been no evidence uncovered anywhere that Phil ever had a girlfriend before Leanna. Kat is the second. Info from people who knew and hung out with Phil in his Street Fighter days have said he never had a girl with him and his condo had no signs of a female.
