TGWTG Hope Chapman / Jacob "Jack" Chapman / JesuOtaku - Self-loathing weaboo redneck. Blew her way to ANN gig. Goon and troon.

So if they were still married all this time but lived apart and actually had thought about legal separation only to decide against it because it was too expensive, then that truly suggests Zac was a 100% cuck for allowing his husband to date other women because he didn't want to be divorced. He was that scared of being forever alone especially when they were going broke. Holy shit.

"I wish I could have given him more"--in peggings before his passing. What a leech.

You don't think Rachel Tietz is attractive?

Not especially. I don't think any of the women from CA break the 5 barrier.

It also doesn't help that you look at them, know they were (or are) with CA, and then spend the next couple of minutes trying to speculate what their fucking deep-seated issue is.

I would never hook up with anybody from CA. Look at all three Nostalgic Chick candidates: Lindsay, Lupa, and @MarzGurl. Do not want. Do not want. Oh, Lord, I do not want.

I like how she doesn't specify at all what the donations will be paying for. Seems legit, especially for someone with her history.

The ANN memorial page said donations would be going to the Humane Society of LA. You are absolutely right that they should not pass through Hope.

"I WILL GRATEFULLY ACCEPT ANY DONATIONS...."

The body aint even cold yet and cletus is already trying to pimp out the corpse in order to line her own pockets despite having quite literally cucked him to death
Yep, I'm thinking "Drove her husband to suicide" should be in the thread description

To throw my hat into the "Hot or Not" for the CA ladies, I thought Lindsay was cute early on but her personality could kill most people's most powerful boner. Looks weren't her problem.

I thought Rachel was definitely the best looking gal on the site. She's wasn't a perfect 10 or anything, but neither am I, so who am I to judge? I mean, she's way out of my league in the looks department, and she didn't seem like an insufferable earwig, so that's a plus.

I also remember one that was a host of one of the podcasts. I think her name was Cat something and she was briefly on the 1st year anniversary brawl. She was pretty cute.

She could've posted some writing or other work of his. Instead she posted his anguishing over mental illness, and asked for donations.

I admit I'm looking forward to her third disaster of a relationship. Besides it being a hat trick, you'll note Zac was worse than Nash, so the next one could be even more ridiculous.

That's all these people are, though. They're victims and people keep rewarding their behavior for it.

Honestly, if TIME wasn't so pozzed they'd be making a cover and column called "The Victim Generation".

Jesus. Do they really think Zac was that important? I bet the majority of anime fans never even knew he ever existed. I'd ask who was stupid enough and narcissistic enough to think this up, but I probably already have a good idea.

If you follow the SomethingAwful thread, a "social justice" fixation obviously became a symptom of an early midlife crisis for the mentally ill adult children of relatively affluent baby boomers. Not a typical midlife crisis, but somebody's launch into adulthood going awry like the space shuttle Challenger.

It's like how some people get preoccupied with "the occult" after a family memeber dies.

I'm sure having to pretend to be gay because he wasn't Man enough to end his marriage when Jo trooned didn't help. Or having to pretend to like buttsex.

If he could have surgically created a vagina for himself without having to cut his dick and balls off first he would have been all over that.

Will there be an active chat? Since that can only end well.

I have heard Darling in the Franxx honestly isn't that great. From people who don't have the same agenda as ANN. Which is why I have not been in a hurry to watch it.

But exceptional takes are still exceptional and @Munchingonfish shared this gem back on page 19.

It feels so forced. Like something a genuinely gay man wouldn't say. Like somebody trying to justify getting pegged by their troon spouse.
DitF was a mediocre show with a few high points and a bad second half, but the only reason people like Zac remembered it was because explicity about heterosexuality, and about teenagers having a coming-of-age through (metaphorical) straight sex. It doesn't even say anything about gayness being bad, it even has a few gay characters.
At it's core it's just a meh show about the power of love, the ANN gang just hated it because... it wasn't gay, and didn't fit into their pro-lgbqt brand. Having a hateboner for Franxx was just another form of virtue signalling.

Edit to avoid doubleposting:

JO posted a bit more about her late husband.

Seems like they didn't get a legal divorce

The only reason I watched DitF is because Zac and his cronies hated it so much.
Same for me and Goblin Slayer, and it turned out to be one of my favorite animes.
That encapsulates his criticism, the critic who is so bad that the things he hates are probably good.

Not to mention both Goblin Slayer and Franxx had huge hype trains while they were airing, which is probably the main thing that motivated them to spend so much time focused on those shows. There's plenty of trashier, more problematic anime each season, but they aren't popular so there's no point in hating on them. Their autistically passionate hatered of the shows were more motivated by self-righteous contrarianism than anything.
