Faster than Bloodhoney, yes, but I've got much more to do with this campaign. That whole year, 2018, was depressing as hell. We were renting a house, the whole ComicsGate thing was in full swing, I had to leave DC Comics. I didn't feel like drawing, I felt like talking.

I love what I'm doing now. I own my home, there's much less stress. Plenty of money in the bank, kids are happy. Love drawing this book. I don't plan to rush it, because it needs to look better than the first one, but I'm going to get it out in time.

I have never seen anybody less likely to take sides, with respect to drama between their friends or acquaintances, than Nick. He's neutral to a fault. That's what lead to the Zoom fuckup. Josh and Killstream people had pretty clear beef with Zoom, and Nick knew that much.

Now, would that extend to Preston, who he doesn't really know very well? That's a different question. It would depend on what ground rules were set. If Nick promises something, he usually keeps that promise. All Preston had to do was ask that EvS or TUG not be allowed to call in, and that would have been that. He kicked MBA off when he violated a pre-set rule that he wouldn't call Perfection a pedo. Preston could have also asked certain questions be off limits, and Nick would honored it.
