There's conflicting evidence to both sides. The original screencap showed a conversation with Glory talking to a 16 year old, but when Glory showed off his end of that same conversation, the person in question claimed to be 25 instead, so somebody pulled some Inspect Element shenanigans.

in that clip he already had that PM box open and loaded and if that old fucker was savvy enough he could've just F12'd that shit, but i also heard the person that was catfishing initially claimed 25 as to not scare him off, and then later redacted his age to 16 to ease Tony into being cool with it or something, if that's true then that'd explain why Tony didn't scroll all the way down.

would be neat if he just caught off guard and had to show his PM's on the spot with zero preparation by someone, would also remove all doubt whether he's being framed or not.

I think the inspect element theory might hold up against the old man; if you look in the original tweet where he acknowledged her ITT he said she was 30. Perhaps he exaggerated the age to make himself look less creepy, but it seems like a weird lie if she actually said she was 25.

Honestly I'm sick of GloryandGold and H3H3 both acting like the former is some destitute senile man in a nursing home, too pitiful for any criticism. The dude is fucking 65 not 90, and is actively interjecting himself here -- he has his own agency.

a bit anecdotal, but i also read somewhere that when confronted with the name at first "Rebeccahearts" that he said he didn't know a Rebecca.. and later showed correspondence with someone with the Twitch "Rebeccahearts".

could similarly just be him trying to save face cause he's too embarrassed or something, but i've watched enough Chris Hansen to know that being wishy washy with the age and the name of whoever they were messaging with are red flags.

I'd have to say Muta does like YouTube drama..He likes to make content after bigger YTers and smaller ones too. He does it in a quasi reporter style but also morally berates individuals on the platform.

It's like his channels shtick.

At least he doesn't have trash hot takes. He calls booger out regularly.

It's honestly amazing how fast he's pouring these response videos out. As an old fan of H3H3, it's insulting how quickly he's making these. Ethan can make new content, he is choosing not to. What happened to all that shit about YouTuber burnout and depression? I want to assume he didn't have these videos somewhat pre-planned, but we'll never know I suppose.

You're not wrong, this is the most active I have seen them since the peak of the 2nd channel when they were doing daily uploads, which was 2016. How stupid does he think we are when he puts a clip of Keem talking about wanting revenge on anyone who fucks him over to make him look bad, like we can't clearly see that is exactly the point of this series?
