Does anyone here have any information on Vaush's top paypig SakeTanuki? Whenever im on Vaush's stream, every hour SakeTanuki donates $20 multiple times, or sometimes $100.

Who the fuck is this person? why would they donate $1,310 to Vaush in one month. SakeTanuki is the top all time for donations, but it doesn't show the total amount. I have a feeling that this isn't a person, but rather some organisation of some sort. But if this is an individual, dear god what a pathetic way to spend your money.

The Vaush.gg logs make him seem like a really pathetic weirdo who is just desperate for attention.

Note the repeated - presumably unanswered - questions, and crying about him not reading his donations.

My two cents: probably some weirdo with a nest-egg, or someone who spends his entire pay check for attention. Either way it's sad, and unless Vaush knows this guy's financial situation I would consider this to be an abusive relationship. Like, whatever if this guy is clearing +10k a month or is a lottery winner - but realistically, you wouldn't have someone talking about how they don't own a Mac so can't make a Vaush App for the App store if they were very wealthy.

I know this applies to almost everyone online, but I really don't understand this whole thing of giving people money for nothing. I wouldn't give someone money to be my friend, or even to my friends. How normal is this, or are there enough lonely people online to keep these people in ramen and gaming PCs - imagine paying for a friend simulation and that friend was Vaush...

Guess I’ll have to go through that whole saga now, I didn’t pay attention much initially because AJW comes across as very boring and the Hunter Avalone stuff was pretty meh.

Doubt it. Sargon is a smug idiot, AJW - like him or not - seems to actually spend time actually researching the videos he puts together. If you watch his encounter with Hasan he kept his cool while getting Hasan worked up by calling him Cenks Nephew.

I think he'll probably keep his cool at the least, at the best he will have worked through some actual evidence for the debate. Preparation for this, especially when your opponent puts his own sources out there, would give you a decent advantage.

Beyond that, you just need to keep the debate focused instead of allowing it to get dragged into territory you've not prepared for.

The irony is that in any system you would need to work. So even in Vaush's system you've got to suck someone off, you're just forced to do it in a weird stance. His position is if your choice is to work or you exist in poverty, then the exact same standard would be applied to his system. His actual stance is that working for a boss is immoral - but this is only based on some strange marxoid understanding of Labour.

Plus, as you can start your own business all of this is irrelevant - you're not forced to work for a boss, you're not even forced to work.

That said, I have looked at the puberty blocker stuff and I think Vaush is probably right on this based on the tentative date available. If they're proven safe and you don't delay beyond the normal range for entering puberty then I don't necessarily see an issue. Even if you did find it had some negative effects, most treatments do, then that does not mean they should be automatically banned. Even over the counter drugs - such as Ibuprofen - are found to have negative effects for some of the things they are commonly used for, Ibuprofen controls fevers. Fevers are the bodies natural immune response, and it's show people are more likely to have complications if they try to suppress a fever while ill. So with proper supervision, and the side effects clearly aren't too bad - why not?

It's 4 small sample size studies. AJW was right in pointing out the poor amount of data, plus potentially the fact that a system based entirely on coops would not necessarily provide such benefits.
