The photo is just too bad to do any comparison of details. The color bleed, the lighting, the resolution, it's all trash. You'd have to find another photo with the same face angle or the same expression she's doing with her mouth for any connection to be useful. The distinctive nose/cheekbone/cheek/jaw combo is definitely there though.
