He has funny and weird people on the show and he has an infectious laugh. That's like 90% of the show's success. He'll have a guy on who thinks he lost his virginity by getting his cock sucked and Dick will die laughing and say "What?!?" really loud and it makes it funnier. That's why when Dick talks about his million dollar Patreon for 20 minutes or has someone that's not funny on as a guest the show sucks.
